I start school next week Ick. I am fatter than ever! I have ballooned up to 141. :( that makes me so depressed.
I have decided that i am gonna write done everything that i eat starting today. I always do better when i do that.
Today:
Life cereal
Glass of Milk
Banana
Wheat thins
diet dew
two taco bell tacos
frutista freeze
That looks like alot when its down on paper like that. ..... so sad isnt it.
I need to start working out more too.
I am gonna run 20-30 minutes at 8 am every morning
and do 100 sits up am/ pm
build up my push ups
and wall sits
Get diet pills tomorrow
drink lots of water
I am starting 2468 tomorrow too.
I am so disgusted with myself. |

I have missed you all so much. Just having someone to talk to when you don't know what to do means more to me than I thought it did. I got back from Moscow last night, and it was an amazing place. But my friend and I didn't talk about our "issues" at all during the trip. It was like they didn't exist. I was almost bursting, because I needed to talk about what was going through my mind, or at least write it down like I do on livejournal. I have to vent sometimes, or I feel like all my emotions are being bottled up, and there are plenty of them to be bottled!
Maybe it was because one of my other best friends was there with us on the holiday that she didn't acknowledge what was running through both our minds when we ate a meal? Or maybe it was because we are both still trying to get better...
...Although in saying that, Ive lost another 9lbs in the last 2 weeks, without even trying. I don't really know how I feel about it, because I know that I have been beginning to lose control over what I eat lately. I just can't bring myself to eat like the people around me do. It makes me feel dirty and unworthy.
I went to the gym today. My Mum has been making kindof jokey comments about my recent weight loss, but I know that deep down she has an idea about what is going on.
I made a mistake today. I used a 3lbs kitchen weight to check that my scales were accurate, and I left the weights in my room. My parents were asking questions and were suspicious. Its actually quite surprising how heavy 3lbs is. Its nothing bad, but it just added to their already growing suspicions I think.
Please let me know how you are doing. I haven't talked to someone in the same situation as me for what feels like a lifetime.

Gossip Girl Went Away For The Summer And Got Hot

Of course I went straight home last night and watched all three new episodes of Gossip Girl the CW sent out yesterday, and that ish got sexy while it was away.
Its like that chick you thought was kind of cute in eighth grade, then she showed up to the first day of high school and suddenly had boobs, hips, a tan, no braces and contact lenses. Not like GG wasn't all about tongue kisses and hair pulling in the first season, but there's just something about being in the Hamptons or glistening with sweat in the city that makes everything look like it smells like sex and candy.
I won't give anything away but....
