Moffat talking about Capaldi's costume.

And this mildly promising Sunday Times interview from the other day. Not that I'm bothered about the Mondasians or whether Twelve (of course he is, shut up) flirts with Clara, but I do like the quote "This Doctor loves watching stars being born in Andromeda; he’s also thrilled to see litter blowing across the supermarket car park at dawn." and I do like that Capaldi claims to be asserting himself with Moffat regarding the Doctor's characterisation. Which could be good.

Banks slams Neon Jungle for stolen 'Waiting Game' cover

Banks has responded to Neon Jungle's cover of 'Waiting Game', saying that it was done without her permission and has made her very 'uncomfortable'.

Back in February, they released a cover of seminal Banks track 'Waiting Game' and have now released it on their album, Welcome to the Jungle.

This is obviously a little messed up as Banks points out, she hasn't even released her own album yet, not to mention it's a very personal song. In perhaps the classiest response ever, she has responded to the group and has expressed a discomfort with the cover with a statement on Facebook:

Robert Pattinson on Kristen Stewart Cheating Scandal: Who Gives a S**t?

Robert Pattinson has definitely put the biggest scandal of 2012 behind him.

The actor opens up about then-girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheating on him with her married "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders in a new interview with Esquire UK.

And, from the sound of it, he's pretty blase about the entire ordeal.

"S**t happens, you know?" he tells the mag. "It’s just young people… it’s normal! And honestly, who gives a s**t?"

Clearly, a ton of "Twilight" fans did and it was something that became difficult when the time came to promote new projects.

"The hardest part was talking about it afterwards. Because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can’t predict," he says. "It’s like that scene in Doubt [2008, in which Philip Seymour Hoffman plays a priest suspected of inappropriate behaviour], where he’s talking about how to take back gossip? They throw all those feathers from a pillow into the sky and you’ve got to go and collect all the feathers."

While all the attention around him has definitely died down now that both "Twilight" and the so-called scandal are in the past, he admits the paparazzi still follow him from time to time.

"I don’t understand why," he says. "I think it goes through periods where you’re assigned ‘this is the guy to follow’. But whenever I see a bunch of paparazzi hanging out, I always think, ‘Oh God, what have they found out!' Oh, THAT love child! I totally forgot!"

Police Charge Rape Suspect Who Attacked During Keith Urban Concert

Prosecutors have charged a Massachusetts man with raping a woman at a raucous country music concert south of Boston on Saturday where dozens of people received treatment for alcohol-related medical problems.

Police in Mansfield, Massachusetts, the site of the concert by Australian singer Keith Urban, charged Sean Murphy, 18, with raping a woman on the outdoor venue's lawn during the performance while dozens of concert-goers looked on, some taking photos of the incident.

When will these country artists get better security for their shows? They are on par with EDM shows when it comes to arrests and injuries.

Another video of Justin Bieber and Orlando Bloom's confrontation + Sources say conflicting things

Orlando Bloom and Justin Bieber got into a heated altercation at Cipriani in Ibiza, Spain, early Wednesday, sources said. After getting in each other’s faces — Bloom threw a punch at the pop star — the crowd cheered.

Sources told Page Six that Bloom took a swing at Bieber after the singer, 20, made a rude comment about Bloom’s ex, Miranda Kerr. But a source close to Bieber insisted that the comment was only made after Bloom took a swing, and missed.

Meat Is Murder; Assasination Is OK: Bodyguard accuses Moz of firing him for not murdering a fan

Between the new album, the canceled tour, ill health and the barbs traded with Fisheries and Oceans Minister Gail Shea over Canada’s seal hunting policies, and the time he publicly threw his opening act under the bus, it’s been a fairly eventful year for our favorite aging, cantankerous crooner.

However, things took an unexpected turn when a former bodyguard Bradley Steyn filed a lawsuit against the singer, claiming that he was let go after refusing to “hurt” “DavidT,” the operator of the Morrissey fan site Morrissey-solo.com.

As Stereogum points out, Moz has had a long and troubled history with the site, which posts news and rumors related to the singer. In 2011, he and his band even performed a show while wearing “Fuck Morrissey-Solo.com” shirts.

"Scream" TV Series Casting News

Some major news hit Up and Comers, who reports that casting is complete on MTV’s “Scream” series, based on the franchise created by Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson.

John Karna, Carlson Young and model Amadeus Serafini are among the top choices to lead MTV’s series pilot, says the site who also adds that “at least one of these characters — who may be played by Karna, Young and Sarafini — will not survive to see the end of the first season.”

“Ravenswood’s” Jill Blotevogel penned the pilot that is said to center on a YouTube viral video gone wrong, which leads to adverse repercussions for teenager Audrey Jesen and will also serve as the “catalyst for a murder and opens up a window to the town’s troubled past.

The role of Audrey has not yet been cast, they clarify.

Young is said to be MTV’s top pick to play the role of Brooke Maddox, a 16-year-old who is described as “the high gloss queen bee who thinks she’s nice and the world’s just reading her wrong, capable of being bubbly and seemingly-genuine and also capable of being ferociously sexy.”

As for Karna and Sarafini, the roles they’re up for are not yet known. But by narrowing it down, it’s fair to predict which of the following male series regulars they could be playing: Noah Foster, a “creative, brilliant and tech-savvy” friend of Audrey’s; Will Belmont, a “tall, very attractive” basketball player; and Kiernan Wilcox, a smart and new student at school who is “more mature than his peers.”

Katy Perry on Accusations of Cultural Insensitivity: 'I Guess I'll Just Stick to Baseball & Hot Dogs

Katy Perry shows off her green hair on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine’s latest issue, on newsstands this Friday.

Here’s what the 29-year-old entertainer had to share with the mag:

On being accused of cultural insensitivity over the years: “As far as the mummy thing, I based it on plastic surgery. Look at someone like Kim Kardashian or Ice-T’s wife, Coco. Those girls aren’t African-American. But it’s actually a representation of our culture wanting to be plastic, and that’s why there’s bandages and it’s mummies. I thought that would really correlate well together… It came from an honest place. If there was any inkling of anything bad, then it wouldn’t be there, because I’m very sensitive to people. I guess I’ll just stick to baseball and hot dogs, and that’s it. I know that’s a quote that’s gonna come to f*ck me in the ass, but can’t you appreciate a culture? I guess, like, everybody has to stay in their lane? I don’t know.”

On having a baby one day: “I want to be doing that in the right time. And that’s not in the next two years, you know? Maybe it’s in a five-year plan, but I need to really be able to focus 100 percent of my attention on it. I don’t really want to take the child on tour. Not until, like, birth through five is over. I don’t need a dude. I mean, Neil and David, their twins are beautiful. It’s 2014! We are living in the future; we don’t need anything. I don’t think I’ll have to, but we’ll see. I’m not anti-men. I love men. But there is an option if someone doesn’t present himself.”

On not being obsessed with her fans: “I’m not, like, a crazy ‘I’m gonna die for my fans’ type. Some people are so dramatic about it, and you’re like, ‘Honestly, you’re not the Second Coming. You’re just an entertainer!’… I’m very grateful for fans’ support, but I’m not thirsty or desperate.”
