    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I'm at a new low which&amp;nbsp; is inspiring. I want to be down to 130 by August 10 which is doable, I realize its not much time but I feel like more time might make me get distracted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/3;10709;106;0;0/c/-6/t/-10/k/6f3e/weight.png"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New Start, New Ticker. &lt;br /&gt;I have felt quiet discusting lately and deservedly so. I was going to go running tonight, but had other things to do. Instead I'm going to go do &lt;br /&gt;100 crunches&lt;br /&gt;50 squats&lt;br /&gt;and wake up at 5:30 tomorrow to do an early run. &lt;br /&gt;I work at Starbucks now and until I reach my goal I will allow myself nothing but &lt;br /&gt;drip&lt;br /&gt;americanoes&lt;br /&gt;tea&lt;br /&gt;and tall extra dry cappuccinoes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I work out I feel motivated to eat better because I dont want my exercise to be for nothing. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will live off of&lt;br /&gt;rice crackers&lt;br /&gt;tuna&lt;br /&gt;coffee&lt;br /&gt;tea&lt;br /&gt;salads w/ low fat dressing&lt;br /&gt;I will keep apricots in my locker again because they are so small they fill sugar cravings and I can nibble on one forever.</content>
