So, I just went to get my hair cut. I originally thought I'd just get a trim and some more layers, but when I got to the salon, I impulsively asked her to hack it all off. Or as short as she thought I could pull off for my face shape.

So.....

before and after )

It feels so nice to have so much bulk taken out!

She Likes Pain
 sextips - (marshallmalone)

I love sex. I think about it constantly; I think about it so much that I've considered seeking medical attention.

Now... the girl I'm currently seeing loves sex, too and in some cases I would almost say that she wants it more than I do. We don't see each other except once a week and due to our schedules or other elements of our life, we are never certain that we'll actually see each other each weekend. Each week has gone by for the last 6-7 weeks, growing in anticipation for the weekend and when that weekend gets here, we're in heaven. As we get closer, we're starting to open up more, of course, and the one thing that she told me last week was that, "Though you're great in bed, I want you to be more aggressive. I basically want you to hurt me."

I want to please her, because she does a damn good job pleasing me, but I feel so awkward "hurting" her. I'm about 6'2" and 200 lbs, while she's only 5'0" and 115 lbs (if that much.) So after we discussed that, we started experimenting, but something tells me I'm not doing it right.

How freaky should I get? I mean, is it really necessary for me to have with me any of the following: a corn fed harvest mouse, a hooker, a nun, a Flemish peasant woman, whips, chains... whistles, yo-yo's... a circus midget, my grandmother riding by on a bicycle giving me the finger, or a duck.

I've got the "hard sex" down to a T and enjoy that, but perhaps I should just try scratching... or light biting... or something. Any advice? I've never really been with anyone that enjoyed pain this much.

So my girlfriend of 4 years and I are in a crumbling relationship. We were engaged for a year, I just recently had to cancel the wedding. One of our problems has been our sex life. As it turns out, there have been a lot of things that she wanted us to do, but she never brought them up - never talked with me about them. I can't say I blame her for feeling unsatisfied in the bedroom; if I'd been keeping my sexual desires secret from my partner for 4 years, I'd probably be pretty unsatisfied too.

So now we're talking about these things - activities she wants us to do in bed, but there are still some things that she refuses to tell me. She says they're too "superfreak" and she doesn't feel comfortable discussing them. Explaining that lack of communication is what got us in this mess does not persuade her. It seems like the main hurdle is that, although she has done these things with other guys, I'm too "innocent" to do these things. She doesn't "look at me that way." I'm using her words because I'm really not sure what she's talking about and I don't want to do too much interpretation. Also, in addition to "superfreak," she has twice described these particular activities as "horrible." To quote her in an e-mail: Email me back with something horrible you'd like to do to me.

In order to provide some comparison, this is what our current sex life is like: I go down on her, she gets off. We have piv sex, either me on top, her on top, doggy style, or her bent over the bed, I get off, end of session. Sometimes she gets me off by oral, she swallows. Sometimes we have anal sex while she uses a vibrator, but that's infrequent. Sometimes we do it in the shower, but that's only if she feels like giving me a quickie.

Pretty tame, I know, but I've been quite happy with that for 4 years. She's super hot and I'm immensely attracted to her, so sex at all is a blast for me. I thought, mistakenly, that she was satisfied as well. If I'd known earlier that she was not, then I'd have been willing to try anything to make her satisfied. Like most people, I've found that satisfying my partner is critical to my own happiness, and the health of the sex life in general.

The reason I'm here is because I need help trying to guess what it is she wants. So far, I've been able to uncover a few relatively unfreaky activities she would like, but none of them are the "superfreak, horrible" things she wants to do. She did say these things qualify as "freaky." They are:

THINGS SHE WANTS TO DO: rough sex, talking dirty, smacking her ass, calling her a whore/slut/etc, pulling her hair, throwing her around.

I am confident I can do all of these things. We've already tried the dirty talk thing via e-mail, as a way of "warming up to it" rather than just jumping right in, but the results were luke warm. I thought what I wrote was pretty good, but her response was, "I can tell you were uncomfortable writing it, and that makes me uncomfortable reading it." In fact, I was quite comfortable writing it - I was only worried that she wouldn't like it. This is what I wrote, if that's any help:

When you get home tonight I'm gonna let you take a shower for me, and then I'm gonna throw you down on the bed, take your towel off, spread your legs and eat your pussy. I'm gonna finger you when I do it, find your G-spot and make you come. Then I'm going to bend you over the side of the bed and fuck you so I can feel how tight you are because it's been so long. I'm gonna put my thumb in your ass to get you ready for me, and when you're ready I'm gonna put my cock in your sweet, round ass and fuck you some more. You're gonna say my name and make me come, and then we're gonna lay there for a while. Then you're going to take another shower with me.

The fact that she apparently didn't like it is demoralizing. What's worse is that I'm new at a lot of this stuff, and negative reactions to them are particularly discouraging. I suspect that her reaction will be the same if I try to do any of the other things in the list. Although they're things she wants, she just won't be comfortable doing them with me. Still, I'm going to try to do them, and hope for a better response.

As I said earlier, however, I need help guessing what these other "superfreak" activities may be, since she won't tell me outright but she will tell me if I guess incorrectly. So far, I know these are things she's not interested in doing:

THINGS SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DO: scat play, water sports, cumming on her face, asphyxiation, roleplaying rape, roleplaying virgin scenarios, roleplaying teacher/student scenarios, giving or receiving a rimjob, pretty much anything to do with my bum, being tied up, using a dildo or vibrator on her, three-ways or swapping, watching porn, gender role reversal, video taping...I'm pretty sure there are some other things I've already guessed but I can't remember them all. If we can rule out more, I'll add them to the list.

Any help with the guesses, or any advice or observations on anything else I've mentioned will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Btw, I will be away from the computer all day tomorrow, so there may be a delay in answering some of your comments.

 Hello :)
this is my first post to this community, I was just wondering if anyone knew any remedy, creams, oils to get rid of strech marks.
I have light marks on my boobs and sides I don't know what that part of the body is called, it's often to refer as obliques or love handles.
Anyways even though they're light, there a still noticible.
Any products I should use?

Oily Skin Follow Up
 beauty101 - (estx1987)

06:48pm 04/09/2008
Last night I washed with Cetaphil, toned and used my Olay Night Moisturizer. This morning I just rinsed with warm water and then toned.. and it still didn't cut down on my oil at all =(

But now I'm wondering if my toner could have something to do with it? I'm currently using Origins Oil Refiner, but I just realized it has alcohol in it, which I know is a big no-no for a toner. Does anyone have any GOOD recommendations for a toner without alcohol? Preferably something I could get at a drugstore, but doesn't have to be.

Hi girls. I am going to a beachy vacation in the end of the month which means I will be wearing swim suits 95 percent of the time. I have never tried Brazilian Wax before. I would want to try theoretically to not even worry about it on vacation. How painful is it? Is worth the pain? I would appreciate your responses!

hi ladies. i got some pretty scary news this morning when i was told that my friend got in a car accident and drove under a garbage truck. she was scalped (i know, awful.) but so far i think that is the extent of her serious injuries. i guess, that's all i can hope until i hear more. she had cosmetic surgery this morning and i'm just so... confused, i guess is the right term. i have never had anyone near to me die, so the huge possibility that she could have this morning, just renders me speechless.

so! onto the question. i just got paid a decent pay check and i want to make her a huge basket of goodies. obv, i'm going to put things in like pictures of us (i've known her since kindergarten, and we are now seniors, so i have quiet a few) and make a cd or 2. but i'm wondering, what would be any other things i could buy at a store to help keep her spirit up? because of the surgery will she have a permanent scar? and if so, should i try to find a cute hat for her in case it's tough to deal with after everything has healed. ANY suggestions are very very very much appreciated. any inspirational, upbeat songs too would be nice! i just want to do something to keep her happy because i cannot begin to understand how afraid she is.

edit: extremely sorry if this isn't appropriate.

Hair growth?
 beauty101 - (wasteofpaint405)

mood: busy
music: the fray
So, the age-old question...HOW DO I MAKE MY HAIR GROW FASTER?? I'm not naive and I know there is probably no real way to do this, but I'm willing to try anything. I cut off my hair about 6 weeks ago and it's cute, but I'm wishing I'd just left it...or not cut it so short :(

Does anyone have experience with vitamins or oil treatments or anything that promotes hair growth??? Extensions are not my thing.

And I'm also sick of being blonde. I like having blonde hair, but my hair dresser is too hard to get ahold of and I am too scared to try doing blonde myself. So I end up having dark roots for a couple of weeks and I hate that it looks so unnatural. My natural color is a light brown and I'd like something closer to my natural color so you can't really see my roots as much. [I know I always post about my hair color, sorry ladies.] What do you think about Sophia Bush's color in the pictures under the cut? How would one of those look with my current cut?

3 weeks & 1 day on Accutane
 beauty101 - (bigfish)

06:22pm 04/09/2008
Following this post I thought I should update on how my skin is getting on :O)

Basically on the 2nd week my skin got really REALLY dry above my lip and around my nose, like NOTHING would cover the dryness. It would be fine in the morning then be horrid and cracked by lunch so I had to suffer walking around a new college with my head facing down. Even on days when I didn’t wear make-up I couldn’t leave the class every hour to slither on moisturiser and Vaseline so I'd hide behind my hand or notebook. It was really frustrating and sad really because I was meeting new people and I didn’t feel confident and couldn’t really look people in the eye. By the weekend the dryness had calmed down to nothing and for a few days it was fine. Tuesday, yesterday and today though, my skin has been dry all over BUT it’s not as server as the second week was.

My eyesight is definitely weaker and I can’t concentrate for long periods of time because I often feel tired and fed up. I’m definitely not as bubbly as I used to be before starting it – which was picked up by my work mates actually – not me.

I’m still wondering right now if the Accutane is worth it but despite everything else – it really is.

My forehead and cheeks are really smooth! I have a few scabs on my chin because I stupidly burst a few cystic spots that came up to play so the dryness is worse around them. One piece of advice is –DON’T DO IT. I know the temptation screams at you but it’s not worth it. Don’t burst the spots until they are ready to come out and make sure you use a tissue to massage them in rotation until the fluid comes out – just don’t simply pop them because it will leave a scar and take longer to fade and quickly put some toner on it afterwards to close the pore – this will stop any scabbiness.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that I’m not oily AT ALL and I know that by the end of it all I won’t get horrid shiny skin during the day – which is so smooth – I LOVE IT. A lot of my old scars are not as visible either.

I switched my Eucerin moisturizer to E45 Enriching Day Cream because although the Eucerin worked wonders – it stung like hell by week two!

I wouldn’t recommend wearing liquid foundation while on Accutane because it clogs your pores like woahh and your nose ends up feeling bumpy compared to the rest of your face – or if you do I recommend a daily scrub like Witch or Clean and Clear – anything without Vitamin A. It’s also important to get loads of water because this does improve the dryness a bit.

I’ll update again in a few weeks. If you have any questions – please ask :O)

xxx

What is appropriate makeup for a job interview? My skin looks bad right now, and yesterday, I had a job interview. I tried to cover up the redness and few pimples I had with Dermablend Concealer, L'Oreal Tru Match foundation, and Physician's formula powder. By midday, my face looked cakey and you could start to see a few of my zits.

I've been told your appearance needs to be "perfect" for a job interview, and, while I seem to have the clothes part down, I can't seem to cover up my acne and even out the redness on my face without my makeup looking cakey.

I've been looking for a full time job since February, and I'm afraid that I've gotten no offers because of my appearance, which I feel isn't up to the standard acceptable for most companies. No matter what I do, my face looks like crap.

I don't know what to do at this point. I feel embarrassed having cakey-looking makeup and acne/facial redness, and neither of those are acceptable for an interview. Is there anything I can do with makeup at this point to make my acne/redness less obvious but not look caked on?

red eyes.
 beauty101 - (santabutt)

05:18am 04/09/2008
so yesterday at work, i tripped over a box of files and a bunch of dust flew into my face. almost immediately, i noticed that my eye felt really dry and if i shifted my contact, it wouldn't slide back back onto my iris but would just be stuck half on my eye and half not (if you get what i'm saying). my coworkers started to call me gambit and i couldn't understand why until i went to the bathroom and found my right eye to be bloodshot. okay, not that ridiculous but it WAS red. it happened so fast and was irritating me so i had no other option but to just throw out my contact and go home. i wore my glasses all evening yesterday, hoping some fresh air would be good but to no avail. even though my eye cleared up considerably, it's still a little red this morning. and i don't want to risk it by putting in a new pair of contacts and ruining them by making my eye even more red. (and my contacts are monthly, and they were JUST hitting the monthly mark. but i've worn monthly contacts for over a month before and it never caused any problems.) my question isn't why did my eye get red in the first place, because it seems pretty straight-forward but what i can do to treat it? has this ever happened to anyone? are there any special tricks used to calm redness? ex. cucumbers or some shit like that? haha thanks in advance!
