IM SO SORE!

Wow i havent wrote in awhile.. so.. umm saturday i stayed with ashley madden we watched Laguna Beach season 1! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! and than sunday we just layed around all day.. o and saturday i went tubbing with tosha, mom, dad, moms friend and her son! lots of fun! back to sunday.. i finally came home! and went to sleep because i was so sore!!! and i woke up.. and my aunt and unckle were here with brandon.. and LANGDON i love that kid.. hes so cute.. than i heat up some bbq chicken!! YUMMY!! than i go pick my girl aj up because she came home yesterday!! we went to town.. she was tellin me bout her vacation.. sounded like she had a freaking blast! she got me a shot glass that says.. i got my crabs at dirty dicks.. hehe how funny! we were riding around.. and we went and got gas.. and stopped by so i could see justin..and than.. we went to t-bell.. gosh that place is so slow.. finally we come home!! today.. o gosh.. it sucks.. im already sore..a nd i had to get up at 600 this morning! buhh.. b/c i had volleyball.. and i get there..a nd i wasnt feelin good so i go and get some b-fast! and we stretch and do achilles.. than stretch some more.. than go out to the track to do a 400! wow.. i thought i was going to puke.. i did it in 1:23 though.. i thought that was pretty good.. i felt like i was in SLOW MOTION! than we jog a mile.. that killed me.. and i stopped like 3-4 times thinking i was going to hurl! it sucked big time.. im going to be so sore!! thanks to hannah mills though.. she gave me a back massage.. gotta love the freshman.. ehehe

THIS WEEKEND.. me and my girl lauren are going to have SOO MUCH FUNN! WE are going to the lake! gosh i cant wait! we are leaving friday afternoon. and wont get back till Sunday! imma miss justin! but o well.. ill have fun while im down there..a nd ill think bout him...while im on the lake! hehe gosh i cant wait! its going to be super excitin.. LAUREN.. WHEN YOU GET THIS TEXT ME I NEED TO TALK TO YA! LOVE YA BABE
