Back from the dead, I went to D.C. and traveled 'the south' without any accent thankfully. D.C. was amazing and I love hot summer afternoons with fireflies, I don't think we even have fireflies here. I would put pictures up but I will later when I find the Digital. I can't believe I survived a week with the family and didn't kill myself, am very proud of myself. Anyways, yesterday went to Coral Square with Kristen and later saw March of the Penguins and its a good thing I'm not a penguin because they live such hard lives to just survive and they're so cute. OK pretty much nothing is happening and I'm going to workout later and read the the hobbit, which I've been neglecting because of Harry Potter which got me so psyched. My hair is surprisingly getting lighter, from the black it looked like to a chestnut brown, its looks healtier to me in my opinion but some might not agree.

This isn't good, when I start getting bored I'm become hostile when I become hostile I become depressed, when I become depressed I stay that way for a long time. Its not usually everyday, its just someone promised me something and didn't pull through with their promise and that makes me mad and that's why i'm staying home and bored and bitchy. I wish people would stop bullshitting with me and telling me they're going to do something and then they don't. Fuck it I'm so sick of people.

Another round of fix-the-damn-computer-yourself-cause-comcast-is-freakin-useless! So know I have the lucky job of downloading everything all over again, it doesn't matter as long as I have internet access. Today sucked I woke up feeling like someone tried to choke me to death cause my throat was killing me, so I croaked to my mom to go to the new doctor's place and it smelled like apples and I read Latin magazine lol (i'm so pathetic) and read that Shakira is marrying the presdient of Argentina's son and it was a big controversy in the economic crisis of Argentina. They seemed to handle it well and it made me appreciate her so much more, despite the whole chest gyrating thing.

I haven't updated in a while which could probably be because I've been wrapped up in this whole summer school thing. Despite the four hours of boring writing, I had lots of fun so it wasn't that bad. Anyways, I went to Miami last night to drop of my aunt so I finally have my room back and I got to eat cuban food yay! Oh and if you want to see Keira Knightley with a really strange American accent you should see The Jacket, I have to admit the beginning really freaked me out but it turned out to be really good. I just hope Adrien Brody and Keira don't hook up in real life because they look really strange as a couple. Yeah, I'm oddly fascinated by the Star Wars toys at Burger King, I don't know but I have the strange urge to collect them all.

01. would you ever let your hair grow curly again? Give it a few years lol
02. if you had to adopt a kid, what nationality would he/she be? (the chinese kid across the street from you doesn't count, lol) I wouldn't want to adopt a kid period..but I guess I would adopt any baby from a third world country and needed to be loved, besides I always wanted a little sister
03. if you could travel anywhere right now, expense free, where would you go? Tokyo, Japan; Sydney, Austraila; Rio de Janiero, Brazil
04. if you were a cookie, what kind of cookie would you be? a Fourtane cookie, because i like to give cheesy advice for the future
05. how's your iPod doing? Semi-alive, call it undead? not in a zombie sort of way and I'll shut up now

WOw, I just saw something really disturbing, Chinese people attacking each other its so weird because I thought they were peaceful...Anyways, Patrick lent me Fantasia 2000 and I'm hoping its better than the original but nothing's better than the original disney movie, I learned my lesson from Little Mermaid 2 and Cinderlla 2 and all those other sequels.

Hoping to get a job sometime soon, a tad pissed I have to give up my room for my week cause my Aunt came for a 'surprise visit', and hoping that my dad let's me go to Vegas in July even though its like a thousand degrees.....So many expectations, so little time (yes I know how cliche and stupid that sounds)

Yeah since alot of people posted about the Islands trip, I'll save you
from boredom and keep in sweet and short on my perspective. Well, the
trip was fun and we went on a bunch of rides that wasn't worth the
12329041309 minutes we waited for them with the exception of the
fast pass rides. Dueling Dragons took 2 and a half hours, but Kevin and
me just ran through the castle and such. After the storm all the other
rides were a 5-10 minute wait which proves that patience is a virtue
after all. The park was fun and later we had dinner at Friday's and
partied in the hotel room two hours straight laughing which hurt my
stomach but it was worth it. We went to melbourne/indiatlatic/ harmony/
and all those other small towns and it was theraputic, but I had the
most space which is why it was better for me I guess. I 'm going pay
for that later I guess. Went home and my sister took me to get my nails
done and get Jamba Juice, one of the few occasions when she's nice to
me. So yeah, that's my weekend and I hope everyone else had a great
time too.

P.S: My sister just got into a
car accident, but not a major one so she's okay now my parents are
furious about the cost of it, which sucks cause its most likely going
to carry on to me when I ever start driving . I'm just glad she's okay
though.
Today was alright, went to the clubhouse and put my feet in the pool
and ran into a little acquaintance from last night. The little kid who
tried to give me, kristen, kevin, jordan, and quentin free pizza in an
empty pizza box had a little 'surprise' for me. He and his little
friend brought me to the playground and told me to run over the pink
towel they had randomly put on the floor, of course they dug a whole
under the towel so they expected me to fall in. Being the idiot I am I
did and thank God they don't know how to dig because it was like an
inch deep.
Anyways, yesterday was my ALL AMERICAN cookout barbecue at least
that's what you guys call it because to me a real barbecue is ribs and
slobbering barbecue sauce all over your face. To me it was just my dad
cooking a bunch of burgers and hot dogs. We went to the clubhouse and
played in the Billiards room which I haven't been too and I've lived
here for almost a year. It was my first time playing pool so don't cast
stones at me, cause I actually scored one in and didn't hurt anyone in
the process. After we ran past some speeding meters, we had to walk
back and eat cheescake and listen to the monsterous sounds of my home.

I'm not reading the hobbit, even if you have to strap me in a chair and tape my eyelids back! Its too boring, who fuck cares about Bilbo Baggins?!?!

This is stressing me to no end, anywho, I bought Chuck Palahniuk's True Stories and its really good. Yet, again even though its just a collection of short stories he still captures that sense of honesty and blunt truth about everything in the world. It makes me love reading, except reading the Hobbit, Bilbo can go back to his hobbit hole and burn for all I care.

Anyways, my dad is thinking about the Barbecue which means it is more likely to happen on Wednesday so I'm so excited because I never have barbecues. I never have random parties either so this should go on my list of things I haven't done before. I'm excited about Islands, can't wait to jam into the SUV, can't wait till someone calls me back and gives me a job, and can't wait for summer school to end!

Today has been pretty okay, woke up and ran in the wind and rain, which
was so movie-like only without the dramatic music in the back ground. I
came back and watched Lemony Snicket and thought it was cute, I had no
idea Dustin Hoffman and Cedric the Entertainer was in it and I thought
that was pretty weird. Went to the mall to help my mom choose a vaccum
because she's horrible at those kind of things she always chooses the
crappiest one then we have to buy a new one in like a month. I saw this
new robotic vaccum called the Roomba, and it was actually kind of
scary, because it follows you everywhere so I don't think the world is
ready for robotic stuff yet, at least not me. Anyways I took a meme

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when everything is uncertain, one moment heaven... the next moment hell.

You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy.

Your ideal relationship is traditional. Without saying anything, both of you communicate with your hearts.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage something you've always wanted... though you haven't really thought about it.

In this moment, you think of love as commitment. Love only works when both people are totally devoted.

Oh man, one of my poems from freshman year made it into the Prism, which
is like this art magazine that Pope makes each year. I can't believe I
get recognition after I leave the school, how ironic! It was my
poem about Jack Sparrow and I guess Mr. Anderson liked it so much,
heaven forbid he like anything I wrote, and put in the Prism. I'm
so hoping liz can send me a scan or something cause I want to see it so
badly. Man, I'm so excited I never been accepted for these kind of
things.
As many of us dread the upcoming week of finals....I have been jam
packed with my chemistry project thanks to Ms. Meade who was so
generous to do this to us the week before finals. I hate studying as
much as the next person, but it sucks even more if you don't have any
food cause food=brain power. I remember a while ago they had some
public annoucement with Ben Savage (Cory from Boy Meets World) say that
food will make you smarter so eat your veggies and such, well the point
is I have no food which means I'm going to starve instead pass of my
finals. Oh well, click for little surpise.
So time for another weekend update....
FRIDAY: Was Kelli's birthday party and was very fun! Alfonso proved that he can dance to any type of music, literally, everything from coutnry, rap, reggae, latin, and of slow dancing. The DJ's music thing kept breaking then we resorted to the stereo and we even did the chicken dance acapella.

Saturday: Was filming day for Michelle's movie at Michael's. Her movies are so funny, especially Murder, She laughed. It was a tedious day while I played mutliple parts, Jordan played Watson, Crystal as Helen, and Michael of course as Sherlock. It was fun yet long and we had a great dinner of kebabs, pasta, and stuffed clams(yum!) We're not completely done with filming, but we should be soon and Michael's dad is in it too. We had to do so many retakes because Michael or his dad would start cracking up before we finished the scene. I hope there will be some good bloopers.

Sunday: Went to the mall with Kristen and got Michelle's gift, but I couldn't go since I had no idea where my parents were, so Kristen ended up taking me to the last yg meeting of the year. It was good, and Antioch sounds very interesting.

On a random note, I still have a list of things I should do. Maybe I should make lists from now on, and be more of what's that word? Organized? Yeah, organized and it would help me not be so stressed out if I forget things. The only thing I'm worried about is remembering to actually make the lists because I can have a short-memory span.

I was just watching ABC, and the LOST season finale and the ALIAS season finale looks so good. I can't believe T.V. could be so exciting these days. I wonder if the O.C. season finale will be any good because if they leave any of the good shows on a cliffhanger, then I'm going to kill the producers or writers because I hate the feeling of anticpating.

Okay so this entry long and meaningless(not to mention random), heaven forbid anyone read it, but I just have alot of things on my mind and had to write it out.

Well this weekend was good,on Friday Kevin and Kristen came over my house and my dad drove us to our neighbor's chinese restaurant. All turned well even though it felt awkward to sit with my parents, but it turned out better than expected. We came back to my house and watched the LOST special on ABC, but no spoilers so bleh.

Saturday my sister came home, and I had to spend "quality time" with her. I went to the mall with Kristen and I tried to pick out a gift for Kelli but no-such-luck. Afterwards Kristen's mom drove me home, and I was supposed to go to Miami to eat dinner but I ended up doing something with my sister instead. Came home and watched the Italian Job, which turned out to be reallly good but reminded me of Ocean's eleven and twelve, and Ladder 49--way to emotional for me.

Sunday was Mother's Day, and my mom and dad got me a new cell phone??? It's mother's day and I'm the one getting a gift? My mom got a gift too, so all is well, went to my mom's friend's house and had an okay time the karoke drained all the sound out of my ear though.

Running outside today was very calming today, its strange considering running= dying and clutching your sides. I should do it more often if I get the energy. Trust me I'm not the kind of person who worksout every now and then its a miracle if I even get off the couch. Which reminds me I watched the movie Chasing Amy and even though I'm a Ben Affleck hater it was very romantic, I'm still a sucker for those romantic comedies. Its too bad that romantic comedies never go into what happens after the happy couple gets together...like are these people really meant to be? ignoring the fact that's its a movie just for thought.

I know I'm posting twice in one day and know that can be annoying...but its my journal so whatever. Anyways I've just come to the realization of what I truly think of my life. Bear with me I'm not going to turn into some sop and be all deep and religious...well maybe. I just think I let people effect me too seriously and I care way too much about what other people think, and I'm tired of being let down and being depressed about it. When I was in California with my sister and my cousins I realized everyone actually does have their imperfections and people talk about it behind your back, and yes even adults talk, but I don't really care anymore. I don't care if people don't like me I don't care if I'm alone, because I'm not. I'm not hated and I'm not alone, and for the longest time I felt that I was. Mostly because I let my friends and the people in my school effect me in a way they shouldn't. I always felt like I had to have lots of friends and go to parties and all that crap. I'm happy with myself or at least I'm trying to be, and I'm not going to change myself for other people. If you like me the way I am then fine if not than don't bother talking to me. Still, in high school I'm still trying to find out what 'real friendship' actually is and I think I do have that with a very certain few but I probably won’t know till college, cause face it high school is fun but the people in it can be bullshit sometimes. Some people in my life, who I thought were my friends, turned out to be a disappointment and ended up leaving me for someone better to hang out with and /or hurting me. So I decided to be very selective about who I let in to my life, cause I can't afford to lose my trust in someone again. For the people who have been in my life and been the friends who were there for me, you know who you are, thank you being there and I enjoy having you in my life. So to whoever reads this, I'm sorry its so long and probably really boring to you but thank you for reading it anyways.

I can't believe how tired I am! After catching the 'red-eye' flight at
12:30 A.M., I spent the enitre night sleeping on the window and I kept
waking up cause I was so uncomfortable. I'm glad to be home though, I
miss seeing a blue sky since the one in California was layered in
smog..it was so gross. I actually had a good time though, I really
needed to the trip to clear my head.My Grandfather's funeral was sad,
it was a really depressing thing to go to cause I never actually been
to a real funeral before. I can't believe every single member of the
family came and didn't killl each other like we usually do. Being in
California, despite the smog and traffic, really makes me happy for
some reason. I'm not saying the my life in Florida sucks its
just...different. Anyways, I was expecting to see tons of
English-Spanish signs cause LA is so full of Mexicans omg...but
actually I saw alot of Chinese-English signs, I'm really not used to
seeing alot of Asians cause I guess we don't have as many as in Florida
but it was different. I went to Knott's Berry Farm with my sister and
cousins and that was good. The Santa Monica Pier upsetted me though, I
really thought it would be the same but its so much dirtier and
overcrowded...I swear the overpopulation of LA is getting worse or
something. Not all of California is like that though, the place where
my aunt lives and the temple are really nice cause they're untop of
mountains and I love mountains since I'm used to flat land. I got this
really cute hello kitty bag from my cousin and other stuff I'm giving
away and some philipino beads from my cousins. So I guess this has been
good for me, I feel more relaxed and calm..I wonder how long that's
going to last?
