WEEEOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIM are finally touring in aus, n suck it melbournians, we get them 3 days earlier than you!!! i got my tix yesterday, even tho they weren't meant to go on sale til today. yay!

in other news hypnotize rocks. i cant get enough of this album. went to multiple xmas outings on th weekend. friday went to blink, finally dragged adam (he loved it) where all was fantastic til jess got a concussion after being headbutted by one of her friends. we then left. saturday night went to th chelsea bar for work xmas function. was great. got sloshed, tho not as much as shanika, lol. tho talk of me n priscilla has hit th target walkways, which i would have rather it didnt. but too late now. sunday night went to a karaoke place with fi, dee, rach n veronica. man tht was an experience. n god i cant sing girl anthems (which is probably a good thing, lol). so much fun tho, will have to go again, but as fi said, with NIN presence...

i trekked to some town in th middle of nowhere past newcastle today to buy a labrador for mum for xmas. ooh, sooooooo cute! such a trek tho. n we have to do it again to pick up th dog. argh. but so cute...

dear god its been a while. lots of shit has happened. HSC for instance. and schoolies (!)
so here goes...

• HSC. argh. i am so glad th likes of high school is over. argh. th first english paper was good, community n family studies was loooooooooooooong, second english screwed me over, n maths raped me in th ass.
• now tht said school is over, target have been piling shifts all over my very empty week. which is ok, cept they're every weekday, and only for 3 hours each. wtf is th point? evil target. iv said it before n il say it again- i need a new job.
• schoolies. was. awesome. we went during th melbourne schoolies week so it wasnt as crowded, n we were th only schoolies ppl staying at th arts factory. it was just full of backpackers, met these awesome canadians. jess n helen hooked up with two german guys. n i got payed out for my "shite" pool playing by a scottish dude. there was only guy tht gave me th shits, a new zealander who had th hugest ego. hated him. he had a heartagram tattoo, but didnt know most of HIM's songs. argh. he claimed to "have loved them since before everyone else did". idiot... so yeh, got back last saturday. all we did all week was drink n smoke, got lots of incriminating photos n video footage, argh. was sick tho, which didnt help.
• speaking of being ill, my crohn's has hit a new all time low. my meds (tht iv been on for 12 years) have now given me Hepatitis A (non-serious, gone now hep). this has made my doctors go "oh shit" and take me off all my meds to cleanse out my liver cos it screwed with it. during schoolies week..where i pumped my liver full of alcohol..... right.....  also, iv apparently had glandular fever over th last few months without knowing it. argh. going in for more tests n stuff, hopefully my body won't cave in any time soon.
• in music related news, i recently acquired both th new Staind and System of a Down albums. System is effing orgasmic, as it is th other part of th album released last may. so needless to say iv been working myself up for it. very good stuff. Staind did well with Chapter V, but their stuff is starting to sound too much alike. listen to tht album plus "Break the Cycle" n ul know what i mean. other news is tht jess can really fucking sing. at schoolies, th stereo in th common room shut off at 2 am, so some guy brought out a guitar n bongo drums, two guys started jamming, n jess started singing. there were hippies sitting all around us listening. i knew she could sing, but god, can she sing. helen n i did back up......
• in movie related news, go see Night Watch. now. also, Harry Potter 4 on thursday!!! *whimpers with excitement* im going into hospital tht day, but iv already got my tix for tht night!!!!!!! screw bed rest!!!!!!!! its friggin Harry Potter!!!!
• elly moved into a new place, yay! parentless. wish i could move out, grrr.
• adam is leaving his job for a position at EB electronics, hooray. yay for cheap games. but not til January, grrr.
• hsc results in 18 days. wish me luck.

now tht iv sufficiently filled in th blanks of my life for th past month n a half or so, im gonna go read superman comics. yay!

news:

• SERENITY FUCKING OWNS!!! i friggin love tht movie, and shall see it again and again as soon as th hsc is over
• phillip island pretty much sucked. th weekend consisted of much scrabble, english notes, and penguins. oh, n chris came to visit from melbourne, which was fun. for a while...... th most exciting thing tht happened was finding smallville season 1 for $60 which i grabbed straight away, wheeoo!!!
• one week til my 1st exam. argh. studying furiously.
• matt is being seriously idiotic and ignorant, has tried to lecture me on shit tht is irrelevant and in th past, n is still at it. he told me tht he loves me, but didnt care about my depressive bullshit. fuck him. </angst>
• went to see The Butterfly Effect again last night. omfg. Clint was crawling on th giant speakers half nekkid. he was hanging from th lights screaming and sweating at 400 adoring moshing fans (note: this was held at th eastwood hotel, a tiny tiny venue. recommended for around 250 ppl, tops my guess). i moshed til i cried in ecstasy. i now cannot move, every part of me is aching. a sign of a damn good show. support acts were th Trial Kennedy's and some other all chick punk band, i think they were called Modular Lounge. th chicks were okish, heavy on th ish, Trial Kennedy's were far too punk for my liking. we went in search of food. but TBE, omfg.         k, im done now.
• schoolies is gonna be awesome. check out where im staying here. im staying in a friggin wagon! its such a hippy-ish place, so good. n it was a prominent internationally recognised rock n roll venue in th 60s n 70s. v. awesome. th only issue i have is tht it clashes with formal, which im now gonna have to skip, grrr.

wow, iv been pretty goddamn lazy with updates. its been updating without actually...updating. yer...

anyways, news = not much. finished school, wheelchair push was good. went out th previous night tho, so i was pretty buggered after having a hangover, no sleep n then a 5 hour walk. i got home at 3pm n fell asleep til 8, got up, had food, then went back to bed. good stuff. adam then calls me at 1am "are you busy?" grrr. got to work at 9am, my last day for a month. *tear*  hehe, how about NO! meh, i will miss fi, jess n matt n their antics.

so now im buried in study. and family guy eps. and smallville. *hangs head* but mostly study :(

iv been pretty sick which sucks. add tht to my maths notes n its been th bestest week ever. argh.

off to phillip island on friday at 5am, should be good to get away for a while. going with th family, but i will lock myself away with yet more study notes *sigh*. im at dads atm, so by th time friday comes, im gonna need a break.

tattoo update: looking very awesome, still itchy.

serenity is out in 2 days!!! i strongly suggest all go to see. also, watch joss whedon's creation 'firefly', from which th movie has spawned from. such a fucking great series.

8. quentin tarantino movies:
   pulp fiction. kill bill. true romance. jackie brown. great storylines, great cinematography, great actors. even when tarantino directed an ep of 'alias' it kicked th shit out of th rest of th eps.
9. sci-fi:
   firefly. stargate. star wars. fifth element. sliders. i absolutely adore this genre, tho i have to say tht stargate started it all for me, both th movie n th show. richard dean anderson is th bomb.
