trying to study

The chapters about the cell and genetics.. Too many important words / sentence! They explain what scientists did when they wanted to find out if proteins or DNA contained the genes, there are lots of new words and short, intense explanations.
Once again my gym-buddy decided not to go. Bah. Tomorrow there's a 30minutes ABS-thing, what do you think? And then a few hours later there's a pilates class. Now that's an idea!

I thought pilates was soft and easy and nice and kind?

well, yes, but for untrained muscles it will be efficient? i have no idea, but as i'm doing some stuff on a ball to fix my back muscles, i can imagine pilates will feel the same the day after. not painful, but you know you've been doing something :)
i think you'd go there, because it's fun!

ah, good point.
are you doing those things on your own or attending a "class"? they've something called chi-ball here.
I will go there, I'm just trying to find something where I don't need company.. (Unlike the box-class).

no, doing it on my own. i have dvd's and i found an article in a magazine. um, i'm not really into group activities. i like to get "fit" on my own, haha.
there should be a lot you can do on your own? otherwise, find the courage to go on your own and maybe you'll find new friends (who don't cancel :)).

I'd never be disciplined enough. This summer I told myself "I'll do crunches/situps and pushups every morning!" It lasted.. two days. Now I've payed a small fortune for clothes and the card itself, so now I'd better get my ass down there.
There's lots of things I can do on my own, but I really do like the idea of those box-classes. A little bit of anger management, some cardio, "intervallträning", and when you work with a friend like you do (you take turns boxing and holding the.. whatyourboxonthings) you cheer eachother on. It's nice. Now I need to find some of those other things that I like aswell. Hm.
I've had my share of "new people", since I recently moved and stuff. It's eitehr alone or with someone I know-ish.
