We have a house!! It's in a neigborhood right up the road from my apartment now but there are no houses too close. There is enough space for a practice room and an art room which I'm incredibly happy about. Sarah and Crosky signed the lease this morning! We move in the 25th!! |

School is gettin' me down and I'm procrastinatin' like crazy, the show last night was weird and I'm tired. But the sunshine, cookout smells every day, home made sushi from neighbor/bike enthusiast (he's ridin' to Chicago in a few weeks!), rum and coke, drivin' through the country and lookin' for houses and seein' my family are keepin' me goin'. |

It's incredible outside and I'm covered in graphite and still not done (fuck). Just like every day for the past few weeks, all I've had in my belly is a Starbuck's frapp and smoke(s) in my lungs. I've got to get my head straight about this school shit. Also, I can't stop singing. Next, gas station for my daily lunch of sour cream & onion chips, then on to draw a naked man, then an art history test. Brandon and I are getting drunk tonight in celebration of getting our shit done (well he did, I just kind of did). Now on to the next round of projects due on the same damn day!

Finally catching up with my projects - I am horrible with time management. Today a bunch of people in my Fibers class went to the thrift store together for our group projects. My new friend in that class is Katherine, she likes my leg warmers a lot and we are going to raid each others closets one day. I walked way past my car just so I could walk/talk with her and Joseph, they didn't know, I'm such a loser. Saturday is the show in Virginia - we are playing at a vegetarian restaurant and we get a free meal. A road trip is just what I need. |
