I have come to find that I have an occupational attachment to food. I got really hungry in Target and almost fainted, so I wrapped up my shopping trip right quick and headed to my car to consume a light and fit smoothie. Other than that, if I am not home I don't get bored, hence i don't miss food. I just want this day to be over so I can be occupied with the dark room and work tomorrow and then the dark room/math lab after work. Tuesday I have school from 8 am till...? 6 or 7 then I am going to spend the night at Jonny's marking a complete week of no food consumption. After work I come home to my aunt who will be in town. I plan on breaking my fast in front of my family so I won't binge or anything. Hopefully raw foods so my stomach doesn't flip out and Thursday morning probably nothing again then come home for a bit to see my aunt (no food) then off to Jonny's again to spend the night>straight to work the next day and I always fast on Fridays so maybe I'll eat like 12am Saturday morning. Bowl of cereal or something. Hopefully this works out :) Love all!
