not that i doubt the greatness of clap your hands say yeah, because i've heard great things about them from folks...

but my pick goes to illinois by sufjan stevens.

yeah. and you can only bank on what you've heard.

i've yet to listen to illinois. cause i suck.

BUT i'm doing better than normal. usually i've only listened to two or three recent CD's by this point in the year.

and this year, basically all of my favorites are bands i'd never listened to/ never existed before.
