History:
Michael Corner was born on April 8th, 1980, to parents Andrew Corner and Leanne O'Kiley. Although the two were not married when their son was born, when Michael was nine months old, the wedding happened, thus Michael never considered himself born to unmarried parents. You could say he lived a simple, happy magical life, which was pretty much true. Nothing really went wrong when he was young. He was quite good at Quidditch and was really quite skilled at being a chaser for someone his age. He broke his arm flying in a storm once, but that wasn't a big deal. Not like it was a bad break.
By the age of two, he had a little sister. They got quite close over the years, but slowly started to grow distant as Michael went to Hogwarts and by the time he was in his third year, his sister was old enough to go to Hogwarts.
The younger girl did not recieve her letter to attend a magical school. This was the final sign that she was a squib, for she didn't show the same magical signs at a young age like Michael did. At first, they thought she was simply a late bloomer, but now they knew. This made the young girl, Sarah, grow incredibly jealous of him, thus they grew even further apart. Finally Sarah turned into a stranger to Michael, and this made him develop a protective 'shell,' refusing to get close to anyone he didn't already know, in fear of losing them, and acted a bit overly protective to his friends.
His protective 'shell' finally disappeared in his fifth year, when he began dating Ginny Weasley. Sure, he had somewhat shrugged it off over the years, but that was what just killed it. She convinced the young teen to join Dumbledore's Army. Of course, it did take some convincing, but he eventually decided to stick through it. After all, he, at first, didn't believe Voldemort had returned, like many others.
He then left Ginny Weasley for Cho Chang, whom he dated through most of his sixth year, despite she was a year older than him. Once she graduated, they went their seperate ways. Now that she's returned, he still has a thing for her .. but also has a thing for Ginny again. He now is currently in his seventh year, finishing off his time at Hogwarts.
