I seriously lost around 4 pounds this week.
I actually have self control with food for the first time in my life.
This feels so good!
I'm moving over the next couple of days and then I'll be on tour with Ripshit and our buddies in Dylan Bredeau for two weeks. Come hang if I'm gonna be near you and you don't mind going to shows or smelling my body odor!
