I voted early yesterday! I'm glad I got it done early now I don't have to deal with the lines for regular voting.
For all you Florida folks, make sure you Vote NO on 2! :)

Go RAYS! Go Bucs! Go RAYS! Go Bucs!
I must say I'm super proud of Tampa for supporting BOTH teams so well. Both stadiums SOLD OUT even though the games were at the same time! :)
Of course I was in the comfort of my home, watching my fantasy team lose but that's okay! I'll take a loss if both our teams win lol. :D

but that is just impossible right now with Saints vs. Vikings on, and my fantasy team is 10 pts ahead. Why do I have to stay up? Because the person I'm playing against has Adrian Peterson. Must stay awake!

This is pretty shocking, and I don't really have any words. RIP Heath Ledger.

So since work is boring for both Joey and I, we started a Name That Tune Text Msg game.
I Send lyrics, Joey guesses Artist (1 point) and Song Title (2 points), if Joey does not know I get 1 point. Then he sends lyrics. I'm kickin his ass so far. 9-3.

So, I've been a very bad girl. BUT four of you on my friends list might think that I have been a very GOOD girl. Lets go over what I have done.
1. Watched horrible football game today. Team lost. Me sad and angry.
2. Got over it and played Guitar Hero III.
3. Beat Dragonforce - through the fire and flames on medium.
4. Had several shots of Tequila.
5. Went on Amazon and ordered the following books:
Dead to Me by Anton Strout
Happy Hour of the Damned by Mark Henry
Lessons From a Dead Girl by Jo Knowles
I Heart You, You Haunt Me by Lisa Schroeder
Photobucket is not coopperating with me on the resizing of images and that makes baby jesus cry. Oh well. So yeah bad girl for me, good girl for some.
Today was a good day, and now I have some reading and little writing to do. Update more tomorrow.

Finished Ill Wind by Rachel Caine this morning. It was a nice change from what I had been reading. The power over the weather is a really cool concept and Joanne is an awesome lead. I can't wait to see where her new powers take her. Rachel does an incredible job of showing the inner-workings of the weather, and how they can be altered. I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of this series :)
On that note, I'm now reading...
Heat Stroke from the same series :)

So far in 2008 I've read:
Looking for Alaska by John Green
I'm going to attempt to read more than that this year. I'd like to say I'll attempt 100 but that is difficult considering I'll be in school and reading those books. So we'll see!
Right now I'm reading
Ill Wind by Rachel Caine
New Years was really fun/funny. It was just Phil, Joey and I sitting around drinking. Then my brother said he was coming home to spend the new year with us. We were like oh cool. I didn't feel like buying a bunch of food and drinks and having lots of peoples over so it was nice. We played some games and we each rocked out a song on Guitar Hero III before midnight. haha
Then we decided at 1am we were starving and because there was no food in the house we went to Denny's. I can honestly say I have NOT been to Denny's in years and years. It was frightening and disgusting but the only thing open. There WAS entertainment though. This drunk guy and his friend were there. Friend seemed totally sober and was pretty calm while putting up with his friends crazy ness. The four of us and another group of four guys stood outside and watched said drunk kid tell the story of his mother and his birth. Needless to say...hilarious and Joey got it on video. ha!
We then managed to come home and crash out till 10am. I didn't do anything new years day but read Looking for Alaska and watch football. We also watched the movie Waiting which is pretty funny. Now all the fun Holidays are over and I'm now back at work. Horray.
I'm super excited for Tuesday because the new semester starts for school.
11:00am Intro to Religion
12:30pm Intro to Music
2:00pm Intermediate Algebra
I dropped the internet class intro to computers because I can't afford to take 3 classes right now. Which is fine, I'll take it over the summer.
I recently started talking to my old friend Shawn again, which has been cool because we hadn't talked in almost 4 years. Wtf. Anyhow, it's been nice catching up with him. He's living in Singapore partying like a rockstar ;)
