[Saturday April 1st, 2006(10:40pm)] So, I don't think i've introduced you guys to my beautiful daughter yet ... APRIL FOOLS! Haha, no that's not my daughter, that's my new baby cousin. She was just born 3 days ago. Ain't she a cutie? I have yet to see her in person. My aunt did come over with her today but I was at work. BOOO! Anyways, Spring break is coming to an end. WAAAAH. [Monday March 20th, 2006(5:23pm)] HAPPY BIRTHDAY SISTER. WOW... I haven't updated in AGES. First off, this GORGEOUS layout was made by ncgrrlygirl. Ahh, It's so pretty. <3 <3 <3 Moving on... The weekend was AWESOME. I celebrated my 18th birthday party with Family and Friends at Marigold Restaurant during lunch. The "real party" however, started later on. I was supposed to have a hotel booked so I can have my after-party there. Unfortunately, my parents forgot to book a room for my friends & I, so we called more hotels which were also all booked. :( SOOO, everyone decided to move the party to my house instead. People arrived at my place before I even got home. It got crazy packed, so we decided to move AGAIN to Jean's house. That night was craaazy. I never realized that there could be so many different types of drunks. There was the happy drunk, the pathetic drunk, the crazy drunk, the talkative drunk && the "I act more sober when drunk" drunk. Some people had waaay to much to drink and were passed out in Jean's room, the basement, the hallway and the washroom. Hahaha. I had a few shots, but of course stayed sober. I'm still a good girl. ;D (But apparently I was "passed out" in Jean's room for a few hours.) Most people left at around 2am, but me and a few other people ended up crashing there. I hope that you all had a great Christmas and New Years! <3 Well, my net's been cut off for now, so here I am at the University library updating. Yes, I love LJ and the internet that much. First off, I apologize to my LJ friends for not commenting. But once I get net back, i'll be in a commenting frenzy. :P I have about a week left of my Winter break, and I am definately not looking forward to going back to school. [Saturday December 17th, 2005(7:01pm)] OKAAAY. It's been forever since i've last updated, so here I go. First of all, I want to wish everyone a Happy Holidays. :) My mom told be that the net might be cut off on Monday, so I figured that I would greet everyone early before I bid farewell. I bought myself a Nintendo DS today with my reward points I earned from selling credits. (I guess it paid off.) Actually, it's partly my brother's Christmas present, and mostly mine. haha. I also picked up Pokemon Emerald. (Shut up -- it's a fun game.) I'm so relieved that it's the last week of school, yet at the same time I know it's going to be nuts. Dammit. Why did all my teachers have to cram all the tests into that one week. I've got an English test on Hamlet on Monday, a Biology test on Tuesday, and a Math test on Wednesday. I'm pretty much screwed because I haven't read Hamlet, and i'm kinda lost in Bio and Math because I haven't been attending regularly nor have I been paying much attention. Oh well. All I need is a cramming session and I think that i'll managed a B in 2/3 of the tests. Okay, I'm so exhausted right now so I guess i'll stop. Merry Christmas Everyone! <3 9 comment

[Friday November 25th, 2005(11:24pm)] I just got back from work and I am exhausted. Boo for me having crappy hours next week. (I work until 10pm on a school night T____T.) So tiring having to come home from school and then heading to work short after. I wish I had more free time so I could finish reading GOF. haha. Anyhoo, Christmas is in exactly one month. Whoo-hoo, I can't wait. I love the hoildaaaays. :) I'm almost finished my christmas shopping, and i'm glad that i'm finally not doing this last minute or i'd probably be dead broke, haha. And for those who still don't know what to get me, here's a few things: The last 2 HP books & dvd set would be nice too. ;) Okay, moving on. I found a neat site, http://youtube.com/. This site is pretty useful to me because I don't like downloading video clips on programs such as kaazaa, because it effs up my computer. It's nice to watch video's when i'm bored too. :) I thought that I would share some video's that I found rather interesting.... DDR chicks I want to learn this routine. It looks so cool, haha. ^^ Numa Numa song This is so weird, and yet I can't stop watching. hahaha. It's hilarious how the guy looks dead serious while doing this. [Saturday November 19th, 2005(9:50pm)] Long time no update. Sorry for the lack of commenting, LJ friends. T___T But anyhoo. Last night I watched "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire." It was awesome. The theatre was packed and Jen and I had to stand in line for an hour. (The line went all the way to the exit doors. o___O) But it was worth it. Unfortunately, I didn't even read the book. (Some fan I am.) So I really didn't have anything to compare it with. Usually, when I watch HP movies i'll be like "Hey .. they cut this and that out." or "This is going to happen next." :/ Oh well, i'll buy the book next week to compare. Christmas is coming up! Whoo-hoo, i'm excited. I need to start my shopping now if I don't want to go broke. But buying presents are fun! <333 (Note to TRAMP&co, please send me your christmas lists since you guys are extra special and get whatever you want.) The rest of the friends will get chocolates and a stuffed a stuffed animal. Hah, i'm mean -- categorizing my friends like that. I'm kidding of course, I LOVE YOU ALL. I finally got to get myself a green hoodie from AE. Last week I went to Polo Park and they only had it in an xs. One size to small. T_____T Then I went all the way to St.Vital mall but again, they only had it in an xs. But yesterday I finally found the right one. Oh, the hardship. I also managed to watch Battle Royale last night. Awesome movie. Hiroki Sugimura's kinda cute. Oh how sad I was when that girl shot him. I was like "Oh no don't shoot him please ... you bitch." Chiaki Kuriyama's awesome as well. <333 It made me wonder how my friends and I would be like if we were in a similar situation. Would we trust each other? I'm curious. o__O School was killer this week. I had two tests in one day for major subjects, a project, a quiz, and loads of homework. I'm probably going to be upgrading Biology next semester because i'm assuming my mark is going to be less than stellar due to my procrastination and unwillingness to listen. I want to get an A in that class because I need a good average to get into University or College. Wait a minute, I don't even know what I want to do with my life. Nursing is my back-up plan if I can't think of anything by the end of this school year. But i'm such a last minute person, I probably won't even think about it until graduation comes along. [Sunday October 30th, 2005(6:22pm)] Happy early Halloween everybody! Well, it's time for my daily update... On Friday I came home after school only to see this gigantic hairy thing in my room: ( Meet cousin it ) My uncle had given us a guinea pig and surprisingly, my parents accepted it. I was going to name it "cousin it" because of the uncanny resemblance, but I prefered calling it "G.P." instead. Creative, huh? Last night after work, I headed to EJ's place for a "Halloween get together." It was late, so by the time I got there all the food was gone. Well, except for the candy and chips. Savages. [Friday October 7th, 2005(11:08pm)] Bah. Another extremely busy and tiring day at work. It's really sad that my life now revolves around school and work only. So far i've been going to school and then heading straight to work right after. I'll come home around 10pm, which leaves me about an hour of free time if I don't have homework. (As if I do it anyways.) I only had ONE day off this week, and i'm tired as hell. Well, it was another uneventful friday night for me. It seems as if I haven't gone out with friends on a Friday for the LONGEST time. Rachelle, Jean and Mille came to visit us at school today. I miss those hornents. I wasn't able to go to Rachelle's birthday party after school because of course, I had to go straight to work right after. Sorry darleng. Hope you had a good one anyways. (Although it must've been hard because I wasn't there, haha.) Another big sale, and another busy day at work. I loathe long line-ups and having to adjust the sale prices that don't ring in. A few friends dropped by at my work to visit and bother me. I got to hang out with them during my break for 1/2 an hour. What fun. [/sarcasm] When I had to go back to work, Elmar, Dom, and Leo just stood in front of me and stared at me work. Retards. I yelled at them to go away, and then they started screaming absurb things such as "Oh my God, it's Alyssa, she's a star!" "She's my favorite singer." After they did that, some of the customers wanted to have my autograph because they really did think I was some singer who was about to be famous. I told them that I wasn't, and that my friends were just a little bit insane. Well, that's that for my daily update. I have work tommorow at eight in the fricken morning. Mah-vou-lous! [Sunday October 2nd, 2005(9:34pm)] Okay first off, I'd like to greet Miss Rachelle a "Happy Birthday" today, and a "Happy Belated Birthday" to Nicole and Jennifer. <3 Didn't do anything much today. I went to work in the afternoon until closing. Nothing too interesting today. Well except that I had a customer that looked almost exactly like Matthew LeBlanc. Hahaha. I probably would have been convinced it was him if it wasn't for his russian accent. Unless ... Hah! Okay, enough of that. On Thursday it was Nicole's and Jennifer's small birthday party "gathering". We were only expecting to have about seven people there, but of course, there ended up being more people than expected. It was pretty last minute too. I hope you guys liked your presents! I was supposed to buy Nicole a bunny at Petland right before I headed to her place, but they only had two rabbits left. They looked like they were dying. Literally. Needless to say, I ended up not getting the bunny. T____T So instead, I bought her a top that I remembered her saying that she liked. Me being the evil bitch I am just had to try it on to "make sure it would fit right." After I gave Nicole her present I told her to try on her top because "I wanted to see how it looked like on her." After this picture was taken we had a little conversation that went like this: Me: Hey Nicole ... want to see something? Nicole: What? *I show her the picture of me wearing the same top.* Nicole: Hahaha, wtf? Me: Guess what? Nicole: What? Me: Your wearing the exact same top that I was wearing in the picture. [Sunday September 25th, 2005(4:24pm)] I updated my layout because I was getting tired of the Rachel Bilson one. This lovely piece of work was downloaded on enraptura.net. So what do you guys think? You like? I decided I needed a Daniel Radcliffe layout in celebration of the new Harry Potter movie that comes out in about two months, haha. Whoohoo~! Work yesterday was killer. Omigah. I never thought that I would say this but... I hate big sales! It was extremely busy and my cold was acting up again. I was always looking for the opportunity to leave my till so I could stop by the washroom to blow my nose, but NO! T__T Anyways, I really should be catching up on the homework that has to be done. [Wednesday September 21st, 2005(10:45pm)] Ack. I have a cold right now and a bad case of the sniffles. It got pretty bad at work today to the point where my eyes began to water. Colds suck nuts. Today my damn alarm clock was acting up. I ended up waking up reaaaaally late, so I missed first class. (Bio, *sniff*) It was also school picture day too, I was pretty sure I had missed the photo taking, but I didn't. I finally had the chance to buy myself a digital camera. I had my heart set on getting a Sony Cybershot DSCS40, but they didn't have it, so I ended up purchasing my second choice, a Kodak EasyShare C330. I bought it where I work so I could get my 10% discount, haha. (It does make a difference when you end up spending quite a bit.) I know school just started but i'm already procrastinating. I only have three classes this semester (I only need 4 more credits to graduate), but I just can't seem to focus. In biology I TRY to pay attention and I do ... for a few minutes. My mind starts drifting elsewhere afterwards. I do the work in my english class, but I usually end up chatting more than I should. In math, I procrastinate like crazy. Alot of the times, i'll get lazy and just wait for the bell to ring for lunch. Ahhh. This is my last year and I must maintain a good average. Because I want to go to University .... because it has a DDR machine. XD Haha. I got a letter from school letting me know that I have received some awards for being on the honour roll. The awards ceremony's tommorow, but I don't know if I feel like attending. I hope I get a gift certificate to Chapter's though. I want to buy me some manga. Gah, it's like i'm working in school for all the wrong reasons -- but as long as I have some source of motivation it should be okay, haha. Well, here's a few test shots from my new digicam. Bleh. [Wednesday September 14th, 2005(11:27pm)] My friends and I have been going through a "hamstermania" phase lately. Yesterday, Nicole, Jessica and I headed to Petland so we could pick up Jessica's dwarf hamster, Azusa. And yes, it is one dead sexy hamster. hahaha. Today we went to another petstore to pick up Jean's hamster, Shinogu. We finally have the complete gang of our Hot Gimmick ham ham's. Actually, not quite. Huy and Charlyne's going to buy an Akane and Subaru hamster next week. Huraah. Ha, okay. People who don't know what Hot Gimmick is probably don't understand what I'm talking about. ^^;; Anyways, we went to Jean's place to drop off her hamster present. We got her a cool spacestation cage. Jessica, Nicole, Elmar & I chilled @ ate at Jean's place. Jessalynn, Dom, Leo & Nghia headed over afterwards. I got home at around 9ish. [Monday September 12th, 2005(11:41pm)] Guess who's baaaaack!! Ah, awesome! I finally have net again after two long months. Anyways, everyone probably forgot about me so I guess i'll have to recap on what's been going on with me. This summer I have: -Gotten a hamster. I named her after Hot Gimmick's Hatsumi. (Nicole owns Ryoki, the male hamster.) -Reached my goal of saving at least $500 when school starts. (It would have been $1000 if I didn't have to go through retail therapy every week.) -Cut my Samara long hair. -Found out that there was life after the internet. Okay, yeah I forgot what else I did this summer. It was okay. Mostly work, but on the bright side at least I finally had some money. Last Friday was my dear friend Jean's 17th birthday party. I just want to say HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to you. Okay, now that i'm done catching up here my entries can be more constant. And of course, this post would not be complete with some pictures. [Wednesday July 27th, 2005(1:14pm)] Oh my goodness, I haven't updated in so long! :o It because my net @ home is jacked up right now. (I'm currently at the library.) I usually can't live without internet at home, because I die of boredom but i've been working everyday so I don't. Today was supposed to be my only day off this week, but they ended up calling me to go to work @ 4. Boo-hoo, I wanted to stay here and catch up with the internet world. So, what have I been up to lately? Well work of course, i've been to a few parties, socials and what not. Aw, I miss hanging out with "the usuals". What happened guys? Were all to occupied with work or something comes up. Like today, we were supposed to go to a movie, but *dun dun dun* work calls. *Sigh* At least i'm making money. Well, this is all for now. [Wednesday July 13th, 2005(3:57pm)] I start working @ my new job tommorow. Eeek, i'm kind of nervous. I haven't even started yet and i'm already wondering 'What if I screw up?', 'What if i'm too slow?', 'What if I get FIRED.' Yes I know ... I don't believe in myself. hahaha. :/ Last night, Charlyne called and asked if I wanted to go out. Me being the bored betch I am agreed of course. We tried to find the way to Ruckers but had no idea where we were going, so we ended up accidently leaving the city. Twice. Instead, we went to Kenko's with the usuals. The raspberry sake sounded good, and so did some other drinks. So we attempted to order some drinks thinking they wouldn't notice we were underaged. All went well at first as they wrote down our orders. Unfortunately two of the waitresses came back and asked all of us for our i.d. :/ :( (That was kinda embarassing, hahaha.) So Charlyne ordered some food for herself & a plate of sushi for the rest of us. Charlyne said that she's going to take Jessica & I out tonight again to celebrate our last day of freedom. hah. :) Anyways, I really want to get this dog. It's a mix of a shitzu and a poodle. Isn't it just the cutest dog in the WORLD. (I hope it's not called a shitpoo. XD) ^Someday, I will own my very own shitpoo. 31 comment

[Monday July 11th, 2005(2:38am)] Oh my gahd. It's really hot in the living room right now. On Saturday, my family and I went to Gimili. It was extremely hot that day. It was a long drive that took about an hour and a half. The air conditioner in the van was not working, so you can only imagine how I burned. It was really nice there. Walked around, and watched a fashion show. I also ate there. Mmmm-- they have the best burgers. *droool* I ordered a chili burger which was literally lathered in chili. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. I wish that I went swimming. ;_; I wonder what's going to happen this week? Any of my booodies wanna go out? I'm down for whatever, so let me know! I need to start making some cash! (Ai-kon costs $40 this year, holy shiat.) I'm still waiting for Zellers to call and let me know when I start. I talked to them a few days ago, and they still haven't called my references. (I wonder if their available since alot of them were teachers and employers at the daycare I used to work at.)
