Biohi. so i made this to help me lose weight.. there was a time when id be really unhealthy about it, and then i got over everything. senior year was pretty terrible for my body, but freshman year of college was even worse. so i find myself back here, looking for ways to lose weight. i want to try to be as healthy as possible, which is hard with college food and everything. but i need to get rid of the freshmen 15. Coming back to this, i see that i was doing pretty well with my goal (from HW of 115 to 108), which is devastating because i couldve gone lower, and now im at an all time high. i need some support.
