so, at the beginning of this year, I decided I was finally going to get my wings for my brithday. I chose a tattoo artist, got him to make a design. and started saving monies so by the time august rolled around I would have enough to at least get them started. and I did. in june I have almost a grand saved up. But then car troubles started and I dropped over $700, only to find out I then needed a new engine, and had to get a new car.

So, my brithday request is this: if you were considering getting me a card or a drink or anything at all for my birthday, consider instead donating that money to my tattoo fund? and then youlll be giving me a present that lasts FOREVER! aww

my car just became the brokenest! and i needs a new one fast & cheap. know of anything?

dear all my smart computery friends:
would storing all my music on an external harddrive instead of my regular one make it harder for the computer to play it? what if itunes were also installed on said harddrive? also if my library has been damaged (mysteriously?) is there a way to get my shiz back? also also its a mac.

Its early rush hour again and she’s driving. Doing 65 in a heap that can only be running off of sheer will power. She glides between lanes with the unconscious hand of someone who does this every day. Above her, behind her, in front of her, on all sides the sky is the heavy white of rainy days. But it is no longer raining, and her windows are down, letting the humid air caress her bare arms. The sun is…up there somewhere. She can’t see it, or feel it, but some of its light is starting to filter through the blanket of sky, and it kisses the leaves that border the highway, making them glitter intense green. She is driving through a forest of emeralds. Up ahead, far off in the distance, for just a moment the mists part and she can see the turrets of a castle rising out of the trees on the hills. She is the only one who sees it. She is the only one who is looking. Just for a moment, and then the road twists, slides down a hill, and it is gone. Somewhere far away in her head she hears a man say, “We have to get to the bottom of this…why are you so interested in these little things…these made up worlds?” And she sighs and turns up the radio, letting strange electronic noises like static fill up her little metal world.
