May 14, 2008 -- ASHLEY Olsen knows how to spot talent - especially when it comes to guys. The "hotter" Olsen (according to Maxim magazine) was spotted cozying up to up-and-comer Justin Bartha at Patsy's restaurant on West 56th Street Saturday. "It looked like they were on a date," said our spy, who added their affectionate demeanor included "holding hands" and Bartha "touching her hair." They "stayed for about an hour" and Bartha was "a complete gentleman" who "opened the door for her when they left."

It's the "Keiko is going broke!" sale!
Part of the reason I've been bumming, lately, is because my finances are a lot lower than I'm used to. This is due to several things:
1) everything breaks on me - particularly my most expensive belongings
2) too many bills
3) not a baller/shot caller
4) I'm always sad and therefore not making awesome stuff anymore
Anyway, I have several very large expenses coming up, and I'm a little bit freaking out. So, needless to say, I need to sell things as quickly as possible. Stores aren't wanting to buy anything right now - everything is consignment based and until I have some cushioning, I can't afford to distribute. I can't put money back into my clothing line if I don't have anything left over, after paying all of my bills:/
Thus, I marked almost everything down, by a lot...even if it's new. This won't last - I'm just doing this to get rid of current inventory/make some money. Once I put up new updates, the prices will be back to normal. So, please, take advantage and also help me out! If you would like to buy multiple items, just leave a comment or email me and I'll give you an additional discount. Hey gals and guys,
The Postlapsaria Photo Contest has officially started! I know we're almost half way through the month but we're just going to roll with it. All of the information is on the main page of the site, but here's the gist:
- Anyone can enter but your submissions MUST be taken by you. You can submit up to three photographs.
- The first prize winner will win this shirt in the size and color combination of their choice:
- Second and third place will also win a smaller prize, TBD.
- The current theme is Yellow.
- Send your submissions to postcontest@gmail.com with the subject line "Yellow," by June 1st.
- I choose the top 10; YOU guys choose the winners. I'll be posting a poll on postlapsaria, along with links on here and myspace, etc.

- and it's *also* the after-show party for THE CURE! Expect to hear more than our usual dose of tunes from Robert Smith & company this night. :)
Nocturna, now in its 19th year, is an 18+ dark alternative dance night held once a month in Chicago. DJ Scary Lady Sarah spins a highly request-driven mix of current & classic goth, industrial, post-punk, deathrock, ethereal, shoegaze, new wave, ebm, darkwave, dark indie & more. It's a lot of fun & you should go! ;)
- 11pm - 5am (Come dance until dawn!)
- $10 - but half-price admission if you show your ticket from this night's earlier THE CURE concert!

Showtime has officially entered Mary-Kate Olsen in the Emmy race for best guest actress in the dark comedy series Weeds for her role as Tara Lindman. This potentially puts her against Lindsay Lohan, who is set to play an old schoolmate of America Ferrera's character Betty Suarez on Ugly Betty's May 22 season ender, and Britney Spears, who guest starred as a receptionist on the sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
Submitting an Emmy entry costs several hundred dollars, which means Showtime is quite serious about backing up Olsen in the race. There is no word yet on whether CBS is officially entering the Britney Spears episodes or whether ABC will put up cash on Lindsay, though many speculations have already been circulating.
As for Olsen, this doesn't mean a nomination is in the bag for her as well. Following the initial nominations, there are still two rounds of voting. The first round involves a popular vote by actors who are members in the academy. If she makes the top ten, she then must submit a sample episode for a judging panel.
For those who are not familiar, Olsen played a bible-loving pot-smoking gal who was the love interest of Nancy's (Mary-Louise Parker's) son Silas (Hunter Parrish) on Weeds. She appeared in 10 of the 15 episodes of the third season.
Casting Olsen on Weeds created quite a buzz considering the notorious Manhattan club-hopper, who has suffered from an eating disorder, was featured puffing a common drug renowned for inducing an appetite. Nevertheless, she garnered decent reviews from some TV critics and fans.
Olsen's appearance on Weeds marked her first major solo gig without twin sister Ashley, with whom she last appeared on TV in 2002. That year, Mary-Kate was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for best performance in the children's series So Little Time. Prior to that, she appeared on Full House and Two of a Kind.

So I can never remember my dreams. But this morning I woke up remembering pieces of one odd dream.
Keith Morris of the 70's and 80's punk band Black Flag and Quentin Tarantino are in a Escher style house with an abundance of periodicals and wood panel walls; they are trying to violently kill each other. And as this happens Me and some random dark haired girl just stand and watch.
Thats just bizarre. I'm kinda glad I don't normally remember my dreams.
But naturally after such a dream I got up and listened to this...

hey guys, so i've been looking for this yeah yeah yeahs shirt from a tour they did a LONG time ago (2003-2004). I had two friends that had the shirt, and one girl lost hers and the other friend gave his to a girl he is no longer really friends with. i've gone through extreme measures to get this shirt. I've even contacted the girl that my friend gave his shirt to, and of course, she thought i was insane. I found it ONCE on eBay, and i won the bid but the seller told me that she sold it somewhere else and "accidentally" forgot to cancel the auction on eBay.
This shirt has a girl and a boy on it kissing, and there are speech bubbles coming out of their mouthes that say "yeah" and then there is a little bunny or something somewhere else on the shirt that says "Yeahs." if ANYBODY has this shirt, i'm willing to buy it off of you for a ridiculous amount of money.
