Period like cramps and super light spotting

Hello everyone! I just found out that I'm pregnant with my first baby and I'm super excited!

I'm about 4w5d right now. For the last 3 days, from the time my period should have started actually, I've noticed period like cramps and some very minor watery pinkish brown discharge. The cramps aren't bad, they only last for about 30seconds to maybe a minute tops. And they are sporadic throughout the day. Definitely not constant. And I don't have more than like 10 in the course of a day. I've woken up the past 2 nights from a cramp, but when I turn over it vanishes and I fall right back asleep.
As for the spotting, it's just very light pinkish brown and it's few and far between. I usually only notice it in the morning after using the bathroom for the first time. I might have a few tiny brownish spots on my underwear by the end of the day, but nothing big and definitely not bright red fresh blood.

Should I be concerned? Everywhere I've looked has said spotting is fine and cramping is fine, but if you have both then you should be worried. I have my first appointment scheduled for May 5th, and of course I'll be bringing this up with my doctor then.

Kaskade's fans are used to breaking a sweat to his music, but not quite like this.

The American dance music star tells Billboard that he will be producing a series of 5K nighttime running and walking events in at least five cities this summer. Called “The Spark Run,” each race will feature a mixed soundtrack and headline performance by Kaskade, who will be joined by other select artists at each date.

“Music evokes a lot of different emotions and triggers different senses,” says Kaskade. “That’s what got me interested in the Spark Run. I’m stoked to take various elements from my live shows, create new ones, and marry them into something as unique as this.”

Actress Blake Lively suffered an injury during filming of The Age Of Adaline in Vancouver, Canada on Monday. The 26-year-old was seen gasping as she discovered the bloody wound, after reportedly slipping and falling down a hill. But after inspecting her wound the actress began laughing and ever the professional, it wasn’t long until she was back to work.

Blake, who plays the lead in the film, was wearing a blue woolly cardigan and a pale blue headband in a fifties style. She was joined on set by her co-star who didn’t look too concerned by Blake’s injury but he did come over to inspect her wound. The Gossip Girl actress plays Adaline, who is born at the turn of the 20th century but stops aging after recovering from a near-fatal accident.

Over the century, she embarks on an epic but isolated journey, until she meets a man for whom 'it might be worth losing her immortality'. Blake recently told UK Vogue that she was looking forward to wearing the character’s period wardrobe. She told the magazine: ‘…One of the most enticing parts of it is that it spans from the 1900s until now. The fashion is amazing, and my character gets to experience all of the different time periods and tell the story through fashion.

'It's not a movie about fashion, but it's an integral part of who she is and the whole story.’ Blake stars opposite Game of Thrones star Michiel Huisman, while the cast also includes Harrison Ford, Kathy Baker, and Amanda Crew. The film is directed by Lee Toland Krieger, whose previous credits include The Vicous Kind and Celeste And Jesse Forever.

Filming began in March and Blake’s husband Ryan has been seen spending time with her in the city since it got underway. The actor was even seen visiting his beautiful partner on set for a bite to eat, showing they are tighter than ever. The film is set to be released in 2015. A spokesperson for Blake has been contacted for comment.

The soundtrack to Disney's "Frozen," fueled by Easter shopping, earns its biggest sales week yet and 11th week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

The album sold 259,000 copies in the week ending April 20, according to Nielsen SoundScan. (The Easter holiday was April 20.) That's up 94% compared with the previous week, when the album shifted 133,000 at No. 1. This is also the fifth consecutive week that frozen sold more than 100,000 copies. To date, "Frozen" has sold 2.3 million copies.

As the weeks tick by, "Frozen" continues to rack up impressive chart feats. Since SoundScan's point-of-sale data began powering the Billboard 200's rankings on May 25, 1991, "Frozen" is just the ninth album — and third soundtrack — to spend at least 11 weeks at No. 1.

S!vas - New Artist for Roskilde Festival 2014

S!vas adds some Middle Eastern neon paint to the Danish dictionary. Along with his friends he has created a unique language based on their roots in foreign, distant countries. The talented rapper has actually developed an app to translate his outlandish, outrageous and humorous lines (search for ‘dauda’ on your smartphone if you want to learn some highly advanced Danish!).

S!vas raps his way towards stardom helped by vocal effects, a laidback charm, and some dirty, Southern beats.

We all remember the opening monologue of The Newsroom‘s pilot episode. It featured scruffy, all-American hero Will McAvoy putting a ditzy blonde girl in her place by explaining America ain’t what it used to be. Aside from the condescending portrayal of a female college student, it was epic writing.

At last night’s Tribeca Innovation Week event featuring Aaron Sorkin, the scribe behind that show, there was potential for a similarly glorious moment. And for the majority of the talk, guided by speechwriter Jon Favreau, Mr. Sorkin was charming, candid and humble. But sadly, the writer revealed old-school sexist ideals when an audience member asked him about women in film.

“When 52 percent of the movie ticket-buying public are female but only 15 percent of the protagonists are, it doesn’t seem like commerce is actually winning,” the audience member said, calling back to an art vs. commerce remark Mr. Sorkin had said earlier. “I know on your TV show you have great female characters. Are you going to write a female protagonist for a feature any time soon?”

Here’s what Mr. Sorkin said, in full:

“I’ve always thought… I don’t know, is the answer to your question. You’re making a really good point about the disparity between who’s buying the ticket and who’s up on screen. Furthering that point, these decisions aren’t made entirely by men. There are roughly as many women who can green-light a film in Hollywood as there are men. From Amy Pascal at Sony to Stacy Snider at Dreamworks, Donna at Universal. But I’ve always thought that there is a great female James Bond movie to be done. I’m not literally calling her Jane Bond, I mean, but a female secret agent.”

Women who have the power to greenlit films only account for 15-25 percent of studioheads too, so Aaron Sorkin can stop flopping as a person, please.

Jake Gyllenhaal keeps on rocking his scruff as he leaves the secret Arcade Fire concert held at The Roxy on Monday (April 21) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 33-year-old actor wasn’t the only celeb in attendance at the show – Aaron Paul and his lovely wife Lauren Parsekian were spotted looking super cute together as they left the venue.

“I love everything about #ArcadeFire. This band is like a coming of age story of my life.” Aaron tweeted that evening.

FYI: Aaron and Lauren are wearing Cargo Leather Biker Jacket by AllSaints.
