Miley Cyrus is postponing two more stops on her Bangerz tour – in Nashville and Louisville – as she remains in the hospital after suffering a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics several days ago.

And she's not happy about it.

"Sick of waking up to needles," Cyrus, 21, Tweeted early Friday morning, adding this hashtag: "#goingthruit." She also added the hashtag "#floydfriday," referring to her beloved dog Floyd, who passed away earlier in the month.

In more Tweets, Cyrus lashed out over reports that have skewed the reports of her medical condition. "So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans," she wrote in one. "Shut the f–– up and let me heal," she wrote in another. "Stop scaring my family, friends and fans."

She then linked to the official statement, which was released earlier this week and explains how she suffered an extreme allergic reaction to the antibiotic she was prescribed to treat a sinus infection.

According to her rep, Cyrus will remain hospitalized until her condition improves, which means potentially more canceled shows.

The Nashville show has been rescheduled for August 7, while the Louisville show has been moved to August 9. All tickets will be honored, according to the venues.

Drake Bell‘s constantly informing the world about his disdain for Justin Bieber, most recently in an interview with BuzzFeed (in which he also took jabs at Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga). And the 20-year-old singer’s kept quiet about it… until now.

Last night, Drake Bell held his album release party at The Grove, and guess who stopped by — yup, JB himself. *mic drop* Drake attempted to make nice with the Biebs, tweeting him after he learned of his arrival:

Drake Bell ✔ @DrakeBell
@justinbieber dude ! Thank you for coming to my party I didn't know you were down stairs sorry they didn't let you in!! Should have hmu!!

Drake Bell ✔ @DrakeBell
@justinbieber Damn! they told me you were there while I was changing. I tried to come get you in time but you split. only saw you drive away
2:19 AM - 18 Apr 2014

Sorry, DB — did you really think the “As Long As You Love Me” singer was there to SUPPORT you?? Although Justin never wrote back to Drake directly, here’s what he had to say about his brief stint: So “nice seeing my fans at the grove tonight.”

Bryan Singer is fighting back against allegations he sexually abused a teen boy in the late 1990s.

As Gossip Cop reported, Michael Egan claims he was drugged, molested, and sodomized by the X-Men director repeatedly during a two-year span, when he was 15 to 17 years old.

Egan and his lawyer held a press conference about their lawsuit on Thursday, where the former aspiring actor and model detailed some of his accusations, and claimed that when he went to the police and FBI in 1999, “it basically fell on deaf ears.”

Singer’s own attorney has now released a statement blasting both the claims and what they believe is a publicity stunt:

“The claims made today about Bryan Singer are completely fabricated. We look forward to our bringing a claim for malicious prosecution against Mr. Egan and his attorney after we prevail. It is obvious that plaintiff’s attorney is not looking to litigate the case on its merits. This matter is nothing more than the attorney seeking to get his 15 minutes of fame by sending out a press release with his ‘media consultant’ yesterday and following up with a press conference today. Attorneys who try cases don’t hold press conferences.”

The article was "presented as a serious news story intended to depict me in a slanderous and derogatory way," singer says

Patti LaBelle did not punch Aretha Franklin, and the latter soul diva wants the website that wrote a fake story "for entertainment purposes" to pay up for spreading the rumor. Franklin has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the humor site the News Nerd, according to The Detroit News. "The stories were not presented as satire or humor," she said through her publicist. "It was presented as a serious news story intended to depict me in a slanderous and derogatory way – defamation of character."

On April 11th, the News Nerd published a story that claimed LaBelle had been charged with assault and battery after accosting Franklin, apparently angered over how Franklin "threw epic shade" at her. The supposed attack took place at the Women of Soul concert in Atlanta in March. "Franklin was quickly struck with a Mayweather style right and left and stumbled backwards, landing awkwardly," the website wrote. "Bystanders subdued Labelle and escorted her outside of the venue. Franklin suffered only minor injuries."

Pharrell posts lowest sales for a Number Two album since 1991

Any chance Adele could come out of whatever British domestic utopia she's living in to (re-)rescue the record business? Because, no offense to the Frozen soundtrack, things are bleak out there. Albums are down 17 percent, singles are down 13 percent and . . . well, just read on for the gory details.

BEYOND FROZEN'S BIG SALES, SALES REMAIN FROZEN: The smash Disney soundtrack sold another 133,000 copies and is in its 10th week at Number One, but the Number Two album, Pharrell's Girl, sold an anemic 29,000 copies — and that's after a sales jump of 18 percent. That's the lowest sales for a Number Two album on the Billboard album charts in the SoundScan era, which began in 1991. After that comes new boy band 5 Seconds of Summer's EP She Looks So Perfect, with 26,000 (a sales drop of 82 percent); Christian rock band MercyMe's Welcome to the New, also with 26,000; and Black Label Society's Catacombs of the Black Vatican, with 26,000. Apparently 26,000 is the magic number for so-so-selling chart debuts.

tl;dr the music industry is doomed and Frozen's success just shows how badly everything else is sellingCollapse )

Radio Disney is going to takeover the mainstream because the only people buying music is parents buying music for their kids y/y.

"Macbeth" is now in production, with Michael Fassbender in the lead role, and the actor is careful in judging his character too quickly or harshly. "I don’t think Macbeth is evil. I think he’s damaged," he told the Daily Mail. "When we meet him, he’s a man who’s as good as his circumstances will allow. He serves his king loyally and looks after his soldiers."
