its funny how when you look back on the past few days they almost seem to foreshadow what is to come. i'll explain... i had to teach a second grade class the other day about being a good friend, the golden rule.. ect. and at the end of the class the teacher asked if they could ask question to myself and the other peer leaders who where with me. the last question was a little complicated, it was something like .. " say you have a friend who thinks that you are something that your not (rumor / lie) and then you find out, what do you do?" ironicly enough we didnt have time to answer the question and left the room.
anyway; in about a week 1/2 is prom. yes i have my dress, no i dont have a date. concidering the person i want to bring to the prom is twenty three years old, he was not allowed to come. so my second choice .. calvin tague. thinking that he would say yes, because we are good friends and all, plus he likes to dance, i figured he would be someone fun to take. so i talked to someone about it who said they would mention it because for some reason every time i saw him this week.. just wasnt the right time. come to find out, he doesnt want to go nearly because he thinks since I AM MADLY IN LOVE WITH HIM ( haha .. good one ) that it wouldnt be a good idea to go. for one... he is my SECOND choice. aka no crush. i used to fall head over hells ( like a year-ish ago ) but i've moved on to bigger and better things.. no pun intended. i wish people werent self assured or self absorbed.
so my potential fun prom date is out the window. great foreshadow right?

hey. tomorow night is prom night. it should be really fun. i'm actually gonna be happy when its over though. things are chaotic. but i should have known that. i'm really happy that i'm going with chris, we're gonna have such a good time :]
