these baby cardinals were running around in my yard for a week or so.
we had to make sure they didnt run into the road or get eaten by cats or anything. it was fun.

senior year really sucks so far.
im not looking forward to the rest of it.

also: would anyone be interested in doing a sort of bike club at school?
me and jen were thinking of starting one, and maybe people would be interested b/c gas prices are so high? idk, it sounds like it would be fun.

i seriously think i hate my life right now.

i'm sorry you hate your life right now.
i sorta feel the same way kind of.
i think it's cuz i ride the bus. that makes me hate life.

Yeah I know what you mean. I went from being totally indifferent to school, to loathing it entirely, to now sort of liking it. So I'm sure it will get better for you. You were always the one who liked school, and I mean come on, you sit next to me in contemporary lit. But hopefully it will get funner because between work, homework, artwork, and school it seems like this year is going to be nothing but work. Scary thought. It is strange and upsetting that I see Julie's little sister more than Julie.

Anyway, that chipmunk or squirrel in your picture has very cartoon-looking eyes. I thought it was a statue at first.

yeah, i hope it gets better. its not just school though. im really indifferent to a lot of things now. i dont really know how i feel about anything.

i didnt know julie's sister was in hs! im totally going to look for her tomorrow.

and its a chipmunk. and on closer inspection, i noticed that it looks like he is smiling

maybe i don't pay attention. i could have sworn this whole time that you were my age! it doesn't really matter though. but seriously, senior year is so easy, don't let it hype you up or stress you out. it's no big deal either way.

no, i spent most of it not with you.
