i once met a guy on a beautiful day in venice, california and i asked where he was from. he chuckled slightly to himself and replied bluntly, "it doesn't really matter where i'm from, all that matters is where i am and where i'm going."

i dont know his name, and, as previously established, i don't know where he is from, but he is living representation of everything i love about youth and the freedom to be who you want to be; to reinvent yourself. so, nameless nomad in venice beach, i salute you. you and your kind inspire me and the rest of our young generation feeling held down and angsty.
