I have lots of different interests including; reading (esp classics), Jane Austen, Ian McEwan, films, theatre, satirical humour, tea, radiohead, James McAvoy...Well the rest of them are on my profile. It's hard to describe the full depth of my personality really. Basically I'm passionate about everything I do and believe, I have quite a dry sense of humour and find some of the strangest things amusing. I mediate betweet two different lifestyles. One day I could be at a club sipping cosmopolitans and throwing some drunken shapes; and the next I could be watching shakespeare at the local theatre. I think that's enough self indulgence for now. I'd like to meet somebody with similar interests as myself, so we can have a good old banter about interesting stuff. The basics: I'm 25 years old and I'm going to have a baby in July. I write about the baby, my boyfriend being in Korea, other daily happenings, and killing people. My life isn't too interesting, but I try to keep myself entertained. I comment on most every post my friends make, but don't add me just because of that reason. I like getting to know people and if I don't have anything to say to you, I wont. I don't relate well to people who write about how cool they are because they smoke pot or get drunk on a daily basis. I don't think you're cool. I guess I'm just looking for some mature friends. I don't care what kind of music you listen to or what kind of movies you like. If you judge people by that then you're getting a false idea of who they really are. I like the little things - how you feel about life, what kind of person you are, what makes you tick, what you're passionate about... those are the things that make people so fucking interesting. Actually I found this comm by searching "Minnesota", because Minnesota Wild is my fav NHL team.  I'm also a huge fan of Harry Potter, but I hate fanfics written about it (not that it was bad, it's just a matter of principle). I love meeting new people, and I always come on a little strong. I guess you could say I have a lot of passion. I'm not really here to meet people that I'm not going to ever be table to talk to or get to know! I hate that. I've had plenty of livejournals before where I've added hundreds of people & didn't know their username from their real name. I like people that want to know me, that are genuinely interested in being my friend.  I model full time. It's probably what makes me the cranky person that I know I can be... a lot of the time. I don't necessarily love it all the time, but it's definitely in my blood. Somdays I live for it, somedays I want to quit. But I think everybody feels that way about their job? Haha. I'm a really moody person, and my interests are pretty evenutally divided. (sill-vee-uh) I'm an Aquarius. Sag Moon. Libra Rising. Lots of Aries and Sag in my chart. I'm twenty years old. I live in New York City. I'm going to be a psychiatrist and author. I don't listen to emo or any of the supernew rock genres, but I don't make fun of people who do. My favorite bands are Nine Inch Nails (I'm seeing them for the third time in August), Mindless Self Indulgence, Placebo, Apocalyptica, Flogging Molly, and Me First & the Gimme Gimmes, but Rammstein and The Offspring are also on the Top 10. And mainstream hip hop has a place in my life. I'm "spiritual." I believe in my version of God and astrology. I am extremely accepting of every religion. I'm not accepting of people who think I should think the way they do. I post meaningful entries. I comment religiously and get really close with my LJ Friends. I love LiveJournal, have been on it for years, and rarely take hiatuses. (I took one once when I was in high school because of computer complications and the love affair of my life.)
