i made a "food plan"
it's got more calories than i feel comfortable with, but oh well. i'll alternate..im going to have to stick to the first one until friday because i don't have oatmeal or special k right now.
breakfast- one bottle of water, 3 cooked egg whites, 1 peice of toast;buttered
lunch- one bottle of water, fruit/veggie or salad
dinner- one bottle of water, half a cheese quesadilla
breakfast- one bottle of water, oatmeal
lunch- one bottle of water, fruit veggie/salad
dinner- one bottle of water, bowl of speical k
