Blast from the past...dur no

So when Crystal was over this Saturday she was talking about how Gordon always talks about how good I look. I thought that was kind of strange, because I haven't heard him say one decent thing about me since December. I said that, and Crystal said "But Lyndsay he wants to be your friend!". The only time I heard anything even similar to that was when he said he was "sorry for all the fucked up things he said because he was mad that I told everyone he followed me into the library everyday". And to that, I told her to tell him that I never said that, I said that he comes into the library every goddamn day but won't look at me. Then, as far as I remember, it was left at that.

So, I was confused. I was just like "uh...I haven't heard any of that, when was the last time he mentioned it?". AND SHE SAID HE TALKS ABOUT IT EVERY OTHER DAY! He asks about me every time they have science class, like every single time. Whaaat? I asked why she didn't tell me, and she said that she told me twice and I said the same thing both times so I probably wouldn't want to be bothered. Hmm. So, I told her the same thing I did before, that I don't have a problem with him but if he wants to be my friend he's going to have to come up to me.

I walked past him twice today and he didn't say anything either time. Like two minutes after the second time, I walked past Crystal's class and walked in to say hi to her. He was there and he smiled all big and waved to me like a little kid, so I smiled and waved back. The end. I didn't say a word.

So I'm just walking outside after school and Crystal grabs me and starts laughing and says "So, you have a crush on Gordon now. He's convinced." I got REALLY upset, I was like aaaargh oh my god. She couldn't talk though, so she told me she'd call me when she got home. I was H-E-A-T-E-D.

I get home and we talk and she kind of clears it up. I guess when I was walking away, he asked if I still had "that boyfriend". I don't know who he was talking about--I was thinking either Manny or Andres because those were the only ones I KNOW he heard about. But Crystal said she thought he was talking about Steve. I don't know HOW he would know about that, unless someone ran their mouth and didn't tell me. Which I'm perfectly okay with, up until today I WANTED them to tell him he got played.

(Because technically, he has no right to be mad, he wasn't my boyfriend. I play that game a lot.  Actually I've played that game with everyone I've talked to since 8th grade. I've only had a few "official" boyfriends, I haven't found someone to really hold me down, so I always have two or three extra ;) )

So yea, Crystal said "No, she doens't have a boyfriend, but she has her eye on someone". And he was like "IT'S ME, ISN'T IT. She totally likes me". Crystal told me everybody just laughed at him and was like YEA OKAY. So I guess he was just being dumb and messing around, not actually saying I liked him. Which is alright. Then he was like "Crystal you don't even know, we're talking now, we were talking in the hallway today". UH...no. We were not even almost talking.  Then he was asking about who I talk to, and Crystal was like "It's someone older and way more mature and very very good looking, someone that will actually hold her down".  Haha good lookin out. THAT'S MY GIRL. I'm glad she didn't tell him who it was because then he'd be like "oh I KNEW she liked him" and get all mad, and now he can just wonder his pretty little head off :)

So yea...all that was pretty much fluff, Gordon and I are cool now. The end.

IN OTHER NEWS. There are these two new kids from China named Viki and Jason in my science class. The first day they came here I was talking to them and helping them with what they were doing, totally not a big deal, people act like the Chinese kids at our school are aliens. So yea, I was just talking to them for the whole block, and now Mellissy wants me to sit with them for the rest of the year and help them with their work :) I'm excited, I'm really good with that kind of thing. It's awesome.
