Phone Resurrection

Bring out your dead!
Only not really.

I never did find my phone, but since T-mobile uses SIM cards in their phones, we were able to get a new card and put it in my brother's old Razer.  So, I have lost all of my pics, and my numbers, but I still have my old phone number.  I have recovered most of my numbers from swietowid's phone, but I may have lost a few numbers.  So, if I don't call you, you should try to call me, since I probably don't have your number.

And now for something completely differe
I see to have lost my phone in the Ikea store in Orlando.  If anyone needs to get a hold of me, your best bet is sending me an e-mail, or, if you absolutely have to, calling my SO.

That is all.

(BTW, the Ikea store is awesome.  I think I'm going to move in.  This would be awesome yarn storage.  So would this.)

"But I followed the pattern!"
You will never in a million years guess who commented on my cabled knee socks and told me she wanted a pair of her own!

Guesses?  Yes?

EUNNY JANG!!!!

The DESIGNER OF THE PATTERN I USED!!!!!!!!!  *Falls over*

She said she wanted a pair just like mine, right down to the color.  *Can't stop bouncing!*

killer knits
Finished the Kipling Baby Sweater a few hours ago. It took me awhile to post about it, because I've been running all over town looking for lost packages *fist of rage*

Found one, one still AWOL.

Pics and details under teh cutCollapse )

Overall, a cute knit.  But now that I've gotten it out of my system, I don't think I'll knit this one again.

"But I followed the pattern!"
This is the cutest baby sweater evar.  Well, maybe not THE cutest, but still, very very cute.  I saw this online today, and HAD to cast on for it IMMEDIATELY.  I don't care that I don't know any babies.  And I had cotton-ease laying around that I didn't have enough for a grown up thing anyway.  I have two inches knit, and counting.  I've been knitting for ten minutes.  I could totally finish this in two or three days.

*happy*

*edit: there is an error in the above pattern.  The gauge is listed at 28 sts to 4 in, but actually, the gauge she wants you to knit at is 18 sts=4in
