Anyway, let's start with Day 1:
I woke up at 11:45 and ran three laps from my house to the bottom of the hill. I usually do five, but it was way too hot, so I had to come inside after that.
My mom was having a party, so I couldn't use the Ab Lounge which was in the living room. Instead, I did 30 push ups and 3 15-second squats. (I'm not big on squats, but I needed to make up for the other two laps I should have run.
I was not fully committed to giving up unhealthy food yet. I had a bowl of Lucky Charms for breakfast and a brownie that someone had brought to the party. I had chicken and green beans for dinner. I didn't eat anything else really unhealthy for the rest of the day until I had dessert with Alan at Carrabba's.
And then was Day 2:
We woke up around 10:50 and jogged around the lake behind Alan's house. We were going to run two laps, but I only finished one. Then we sprinted from one end of the sidewalk to the other and walked back to his house. He went to the gym and I stayed at his house for a bit. I did 200 crunches, 30 push ups, and three 30-second wall sits.
I'm still working on the diet. I had a hot dog and chips and salsa for dinner. But then I had watermelon for dessert, and I only drank water. I had maybe half a can of Diet Dr. Pepper, which was disgusting. I did have some carrots and some grapes to make up for it, though.
I woke up a little after noon, and decided it was too late and too hot to go running. Instead I had a bowl of Lucky Charms (I need to get some fruit in this house or something) for breakfast. Then I did 30 push ups, three 30-second squats, and 200 crunches.
I made myself a chicken salad sandwich on wheat (no mayo) for lunch. I drank water all day. I had some grapes before dinner which was spaghetti and meatballs (gotta love Italian grandmas). After dinner I had a small slice of cake to celebrate my parents' anniversary, followed by a banana.
