Articus Studio
I got it for the corner protectors for a project i was looking at - but if you check it out, there are a *lot* of different crafting options there - primary interest seems to be book making/embellishments.  Beading, art stickers, jewelry, alcohol based inks, embossing powders, foil tape - and check out her links as well.

McGonigal Paper and Graphics
All kinds of crap! check out the inkjet papers - all kinds of tatoo, iron on transfer, decal kits, arts and crafts galore for the digital geek.

Digital art supplies
Papers, archival supplies, inks, printers.

Fabric Indulgence
I don't even know what the hell some of this crap IS but it looks way cool.

Mister Art
Art supplies and one of the first places i was able to find copic art markers for sale for under 7 bucks each - that's changing though, even amazon has them now! Check here before you commit to dick blick - sometimes this store has better prices - never bought from them but so far their rep sounds good.  Embossing powders, paints, furniture - its got a bit of everything.  Its also much easier to search and find things than many other art stores online.  And they have reviews of items that are very, in my opinion, valuable to shoppers.

I Like Markers

Copic Marker user talks about her markers, things she's done with them and techniques.

Abstract Fonts
Free Fonts! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
The thing i like about it is you can book mark the fonts and go and see if they are usable for commercial and how you can do so - some people don't bother, some want to be credited, some want to be contacted first.  Register and you can bookmark the fonts so you can check up on them!

So i'm house sitting for the in-laws.  they have a dog that needs meds twice a day.

she won't take them.

Last time she snuck by without having three pills, so i have determined to change how i do t hings.  She's overfed.  She has barrels of dog cookies and treats and a dish full of food.

I removed those from her.  Won't eat a pill wrapped in cheese?  well, lets see how that works when you are hungry.

so.  no food or snacks all day.  I offer her the cheese wrapped pill and she ignores me.  and it.  and i try again every 30 minutes.  finally, she takes it.

Or so i thought.

I was watching a tv show at the time.  Ace of cakes or something, i dont' remember.  but at last i can feed the dog, next commercial.

I had my shoes off so i could curl up on the couch.

Commercial at last, i get up, slipping my feet into my shoes.

AAAAAAAAAAAUGHHHHHHHHHH

something HORRIBLE in my shoe!!!

Slimey.  sticky.   Thick.

The spit out cheese and pill.

That dog is horrible.

But no food or treats for 18 hours did it - she ate her damned pills this morning.  I cringe at not feeding an animal for that long but its not like she's going to waste away - she' s a large potato shaped dog.  And if she's not hungry enough to eat a bit of cheese with a tiny pill inside, she's not really hungry enough to suffer.

Both pills gone at last, i gave her a couple of her doggie cookies and filled her food bowl.  Huzzah!  I'm sure she's writing in her doggy LJ all about how cruel i am even now.

horrible dog.
